Hotel was in a great central location. It was very modern with beautiful decor. Rooms were spacious. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooftop bar was a lovely addition.

Bathroom had a jacuzzi bath and shower, but no curtain or screen which meant the floor got flooded every time you had a shower. Although our room was on the 4th floor, we could still hear the extractor fans outside the window even though the windows were double glazed. Unfortunately, the restaurant was above our room and we were woken at 6am every morning with the sounds of cleaning the floor, scrapping of chairs and tables and peoples footsteps.

This truly is an exceptional hotel and is a credit to it's new owners who have transformed the building into a chiq & unique place to stay, right in the heart of Rome. We have just returned after a truly magical week's stay and I can honestly say, we have never stayed in such a well run and friendly hotel. It's beautifully finished, the rooms are fabulous and the staff are the most attentive I have ever encountered in many, many years of travelling abroad. From the minute you arrive to the minute you leave, nothing is too much trouble and all staff members from check in to the cleaner, all go way above the norm to make sure your stay is as comfortable and relaxing as possible. The breakfasts are superb with a fantastic choice of eggs, bread, croissants, fruit and probably the best coffee in Rome!! Julia looked after us in the restaurant most mornings. Her cheerful, happy and helpful disposition always set us up for a great day. Ashik looked after us on the roof terrace for afternoon and evening drinks, such a lovely chap who's smile and warm demeanour really made the time go by so quickly. Marika who was front of house was always so friendly, polite and always had time for a chat to see how our stay was going. The hotel is nestled just off the main road and is just minutes from the Trevi Fountain and The Pantheon. It is a fantastic location with many of the sights within walking distance and plenty of bars & restaurants on the doorstep. We also booked a chauffeur service through the hotel to pick us up from Rome airport and drop us back, this also was fantastic and very well priced. If I was a hotel inspector, I would give the hotel FIVE STARS, I really can't recommend it highly enough. The question you always ask yourself when you've been away on holiday is would you stay again. We didn't want to leave, it was that good and we'll definitely be returning very soon. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The location is amazing and the room is cozy

No sound proof, my room was near the elevator and I literally could hear everything..in the corridor and as well as the road outside

The hotel is very well located and we could walk to the Pantheon, Trevi, Colosseum, Spanish steps and the Forum. Buses are available just in front of the hotel to go to the Vatican and other places a little far away. The breakfast is copious with variety and the rooftop terrasse restaurant is very nice. We enjoyed cocktails, offered to us by the hotel, and the dinner served here is well made and tasty. The size of the rooms are very good, especially considering the location of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and polite. They make that extra effort to make your stay a very pleasant one. Thank you.

There is a little bit of noise that comes through the double glazing in the early hours - after 6AM. Ask for the highest floor room.

Excellent location right between Pantheon and Trevi which were both in easy walking distance Room was fine with a good bathroom. The public areas are tastefully decorated and there is a lot of foliage. Bed was comfortable and room was maintained well. Air con worked well!! Breakfast was excellent. On the first morning they brought us a plate of each item; cake,meats,cheeses,fruit,bread,croissants, and there were cereals yoghurts and a cooked breakfast as well. We were more selective on the second morning and as we were leaving early on our third morning we were given a breakfast box to take away. The roof terrace is very relaxing and their cocktails are great. We ate in the restaurant on our third night. It was excellent and there is a 30% discount on food for residents. The best bit was the staff who were very friendly and most helpful. Marika and Olga did everything they could to make us welcome and comfortable.

The location was spot on, a few minutes either way you could easily walk to the Pantheon or the Trevi Fountain. The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for me, at breakfast especially. My room was so beautiful and my only (slight) complaint was that the double bed mattress was on the hard side for my needs as I have a back problem.

As previously mentioned my hard mattress was an issue, a memory foam topper would be good to have around. The Spa that was advertised came in at a pretty high price, I didn't use it on my stay but possibly if it was a little cheaper I might have made a bigger effort, I did get offered a discount though as a hotel guest which was very good of them.

Location was superb in the centre of Rome,walking distance to Colosseum,Pantheon,Spanish steps,Fontana Di Trevi. 40 min to Vatican.We enjoyed the spa,sauna and the roof terrace. The food was very well presented and the service was exceptional.We would especially like to mention Ashik who managed to make our stay even more pleasant.His attentiveness was exceptional and he took a sincere interest in us and made amazing conversation while providing a great service.Ashik is a great asset to Caravita hotel.

The food was very delicious and tasty. We are very grateful to the chef. We had the best steak at your hotel. All the staff were very polite and had a very good and friendly attitude. The location of the hotel was excellent. There was a supermarket and a bus stop at the corner of the street. With a short walk, we could reach historical sites. The metro and taxi stations were also very close.

The room did not have a good view and faced a wall. But since we didn't spend much time in the hotel, it wasn't very bothersome.

We looked absolutely everything about this hotel. Check in was faultless and we were down to our room with porter service too. The location was just amazing with so much in walking distance with buses right outside the hotel - it led to a hall free trip. The breakfast was just fabulous - everything was just so fresh and tasty and the girls worked so hard to make sure you were well looked after. Thank you. The room was just so clean and it was cleaned to a high standard everyday. Our room was lovely and warm with great air conditioning should you need it. I honestly couldn't fault our visit to Rome from dropping our car off at the airport to getting home. Thank you - we'll be back!

The property was in a great location for walking to all of the sites with a plethora of restaurants available in a short distance. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The staff was very friendly and gracious and willing to please.

We supposedly got one of their nicer suites which had a spa bath instead of a shower (not by request). It was fine for 3 nights, but I’m not really a bath person. They restock the “mini-bar” with water everyday, but it wasn’t very clear that they charge until checkout.
