The location of the hotel is great- in a really walkable area and near many popular sites and restaurants. The room was very clean and the breakfast was nice. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and gave us some great recommendations of restaurants and places to visit. I would recommend this for travelers who don't plan to spend much time in the room and who don't have a lot of luggage with them.

The room was quite small, especially because we were traveling with large suitcases. In the photos it looked like there was access to a public garden terrace but it turned out to be private to a specific room.

David at the reception was sooo welcoming and helpful. He really went out of his way to make our stay more comfortable and pleasant. The location is right next to Piazza di Popolo. Everything is at a walking distance. The room we had was very clean, quiet and well kept. Breakfast was also good, more than enough to get going to start the day. The whole place is nice, clean and cozy and I would highly recommend the stay here.

That my vacation in Rome is over...

Very central location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely large suite with an outside terrace. Breakfast was perfectly good. David arranged excellent airport transfer at a good price and recommended a very good local restaurant.

The hotel is old fashioned which we did like but wouldn’t suit everyone, while having modern facilities like key system and air conditioning. The reception is not manned all day and it would have been useful to have been provided with information on this. Cost seemed on par with central Rome.

I have worked in the hospitality and travel industry and know a star when I see it and I would highly recommend this property - and in fact I already boasted on my social media accounts. The location is fabulous, we loved having a private roof terrace, the complimentary breakfast buffet was great and the staff were so wonderful and thoughtful. We would have expected to pay much more than we did for the quality and value of the room. A steal, book it!

I really couldn't think of a bad thing, this is a great property!

The hotel is very clean and the beds where comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient and close to the major attractions.

The room is really small: once we placed our luggage beside the bed the access to the bed was blocked from that side. I had to open the restroom door when brushing my teeth in order to bend. We traveled with friends (three couples), but there is no common space to socialize after 9pm except 2 couches just beside the entrance door.

We were very satisfied with our stay at the hotel. The staff is very friendly and kind. The room and the bathroom are very clean, breakfast is excellent. The location is ideal. We will be happy to recommend the hotel to our friends when they travel to Rome. The pictures of the rooms and terraces on the hotel's website showed slightly different rooms, but ours was smaller and more modest. Next time we expect a terrace and a wonderful view. ;-)

The bathroom in our room was rather small.

Room and bathroom were clean. Staff are friendly and happy to help with anything. Breakfast had a lot of options and was tasty. A good mid-range hotel to stay at and I felt safe coming and going even at night.

I forgot how small the bathrooms in Europe were. The rooms are digitally managed and I set my room to 'do not disturb' both nights, but my room was still cleaned each day. A tad annoying, but ok. But on the second day, they took everything I had laid out on the bed (ready for checkout the next day) and dumped it in a pile on my suitcase. I did report this to the manager, so hopefully will not be a problem in the future

The staff were wonderful - very friendly and welcoming. Loved the little terrace although would book room 52 next time so that people didn't have to walk past. Great view of the Villa Medici from the little window.

Despite informing them ahead that I was vegan, and they asked about it on the first day there (I stayed for 2 nights) for breakfast the only thing I could have was fruit (a banana or an orange) -even the bread was brushed with egg. Very disappointing.

We loved absolutely everything about this property. Starting with the food, it was delicious, such a variety of options for breakfast. The rooms were clean, comfortable and the staff were absolutely amazing!! They went above and beyond to help make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The hotel itself is gorgeous, it’s just how it looks in the pictures if not better. the location is excellent! within walking distance from all the popular sites one wishes to see in Rome. the staff is so nice and professional. David, the reception manager, gave me great advice regarding everything i needed! he recomended great restaurants and very nice places to visit. he was very friendly and very helpful.

the size of the shower could be a bit bigger ;-) also, it would be even better if they had some more fruits and vegetables in breakfast.
