We had a lovely stay. The room was large, spacious and impeccably clean. We arrived to a complementary bottle of red wine and authentic delicious Italian biscuits - this was such an unexpected gift for which we were so grateful. The breakfast selection was huge, hot options, cold options, fruit, cakes, pastries, takeaway options - anything you could think of really. The wait staff were attentive and offered to make fresh cappuccino as soon as you sit down, special mention to Daniele (I hope I spelt his name right) for making us feel welcome every morning with his big smile and making the best coffee. The hotel was not that close to the city but offered a complementary regular shuttle service that takes you to a metro train station and will also pick you up. We had a great time in Rome and would definitely return to this hotel.

My stay at this hotel was exceptional in every way. The service, from arrival to departure, was impeccable with a courteous and helpful staff. The rooms were spotless and meticulously maintained. The breakfast buffet offered a delicious variety of options. The shuttle service to the center of Rome was convenient and efficient, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Rome, thanks to its outstanding service, cleanliness, breakfast, and shuttle service. I hope to return soon.

The shuttle service to the center of Rome was limited, which proved somewhat inconvenient due to infrequent schedules. However, it was still a valuable option to have for transportation to and from the city center. Overall, having the shuttle service was a nice convenience despite its limited availability.

Very friendly, exceptional 👏 customer service 👏 very clean 👌 and so amazing staff 👍 big thank you to Fabrizio and all the staff, gosh if I remember the names will be here too. The waitress excellent. More than 10 in sanitizer cleaning and great staff from the courtesy shuttle driver to the one to helping me when I saying I don't feel well, right away bring me a hot water to fix me something to eat and the young Lady how say, hope you feel better, let me know if anything we can do for you. That I call exceptional Service. Fabrizio so knowledge to given me direccion how to move in Rome. Amazing 👏 place.

Breakfast is very generous and with many gluten-free options The service is excellent, everybody is very kind and nice The room size is ok and there is enough storage room for 3 luggage. Very clean! Good kit of amenities and complimentary water! Free Parking has very few slots. In exchange, they have a secured inside parking for 5€/night

The surroundings are not the best. Certainly not recommended to go for a walk. Recommended to move around with either a rented car or taxi. Very good location to move around by car if trying to avoid the city center

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing! This trip we decided to rent a car, this was the absolute perfect location for this! Driving in city center rome frequently to get in and out to explore other parts of italy would have been a nightmare and a huge time waster. This hotel is perfectly located! There was even a little neighborhood about 500 meters away that was perfect for quick eats and shopping for necessities. We were offered breakfast, a fancy italian verson of continental with more options than i have ever seen. If we were to return to Rime again and rent a car, this will 100% be our go to stay! The staff absolutely make it! I've never had staff be so helpful and accommodating! If you stay here you won't be disappointed.

I was in Rome with my wife and we got a double bedroom for one night. Customers can use the hotel's parking, that's really good for Rome. The room was clean and comfortable with a well equipped bathroom. We got international plentiful breakfast. We are really satisfied of this choice. Highly recommended.

Breakfast had a wide variety of hot and cold selections to choose from. The staff members were extremely helpful. They help to arrange transportation to and from airports in addition to free pick-up service from the nearby metro station. Highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was bad. it doesn’t cost 12 euro per person. there weren’t enough selections of food. only eggs, sweets, beverages. no fruits, no vegetables. no lactose free milk or yogurt. unfortunately, this hotel doesn’t has room service. we were with kids. it was important for us to order food from the restaurant during the day. The restaurant which near the restaurant is terrible. they brought for kids spoiled squid. They forgot about 3 positions from our order.

the noise of the air conditioner's motors when you open the window and the fact that they charged us 48€ for two nights for 4 people for the city tax and tried to charge it twice (as if the card had not been swiped but we saw the receipt coming out)

Clean, comfortable bed, good amount of the bath amenities, friendly staff, good breakfast.

Construction in the next room during my stay, it was too noisy and annoying.
