We had a lovely stay. The room was large, spacious and impeccably clean. We arrived to a complementary bottle of red wine and authentic delicious Italian biscuits - this was such an unexpected gift for which we were so grateful. The breakfast selection was huge, hot options, cold options, fruit, cakes, pastries, takeaway options - anything you could think of really. The wait staff were attentive and offered to make fresh cappuccino as soon as you sit down, special mention to Daniele (I hope I spelt his name right) for making us feel welcome every morning with his big smile and making the best coffee. The hotel was not that close to the city but offered a complementary regular shuttle service that takes you to a metro train station and will also pick you up. We had a great time in Rome and would definitely return to this hotel.

It was a suite. Very spacious, clean and modern. It had everything that was needed. The staff left a welcome message with some treats which made us feel very welcome . The staff were extremely helpful and friendly When I requested milk it was brought up very quickly I was very impressed with the hotel and the staff. Excellent service and room

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable A little too soft The location is not the greatest but there is a bus stop just around the corner very close to the hotel which will take you to the metro. This is what we used. The same ticket can be used for the metro and the bus at a cost of 1,50 euros you are given 100mins from the time it’s first validated The hotel also provides a shuttle which can drop you at the metro station however it is limited to certain times .

We spent 2 nights at the Domidea Hotel! It was the best stay ever. The best customer service we ever experienced! We want to say a big thank you to everyone involved in organising the birthday cake for us! We have to say that it was the best chocolate and salted caramel cake ever, it was even personalised! The breakfast was fantastic, and all staff were very friendly, supportive and attentive! The hotel room is beyond expectations, beds are very comfortable. When we entered the room, a bottle of wine, homemade biscuits, crisps, sweets and soft drinks were waiting for us. A handwritten note welcoming us to the hotel was an amazing touch! If you are looking for a place to stay, while in Rome don’t look further this is the place to stay!! Thank you to everyone involved, you are the best!

Nice hotel, not central, but in a location that allows you to reach the city center by public transport, good amenities, good food, with a lot of variety for breakfast, parking available outside or in the garage, big spacious room and furniture, very clean, friendly and supportive staff, the welcome gift from the room really nice and appreciated. All in all, a good option for staying in Rome, especially if you are traveling by car. I would definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel to others. - Shuttle bus for the metro station not functional during our stay, but even if the hotel is far away from the city center, it was manageable to go around by the public transport (bus station just around the corner will get you to the nearest metro station, with direct connection to the Colosseum). - Modern and clean hotel, but surroundings in contrast with all these, kind of dirty area around the hotel and basically nothing to do or see in the area.

The restaurant at the hotel wasn't available (only the breakfast section), but we get a recommendation from reception about Pizzeria Trattoria da Antonio which is a 8-10 minutes walk from the hotel - delicious food, great personal and correct prices.

Very clean, all furniture is fresh and new, excellent shower room, all you need to arrive, the rest is already inside the number. Very pleasant surprise is waiting for you on the table, a hand written letter with all best wishes to you. All details in total make a super impression of this hotel. Delicious breakfast, very friendly personal, 10 of 10 well deserved. Definitely 👍 , next time in Rome only here.

This place is very nice. The staff is amazing, very courteous and polite. Our room was very spacious and clean. The food for dinner and breakfast were so delicious. They even had a welcome letter in the room thanking us for the stay and left some fresh goodies.

It’s a ways out of town from Rome, but I’m sure taxis are fairly cheap, we had rented a car. It’s not in the best of locations but not terrible either. Probably wouldn’t stay here just for the fact of location more than anything, everything else was very great!

My stay at this hotel was exceptional in every way. The service, from arrival to departure, was impeccable with a courteous and helpful staff. The rooms were spotless and meticulously maintained. The breakfast buffet offered a delicious variety of options. The shuttle service to the center of Rome was convenient and efficient, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Rome, thanks to its outstanding service, cleanliness, breakfast, and shuttle service. I hope to return soon.

The shuttle service to the center of Rome was limited, which proved somewhat inconvenient due to infrequent schedules. However, it was still a valuable option to have for transportation to and from the city center. Overall, having the shuttle service was a nice convenience despite its limited availability.
