Michael at reception was by far the best part of our stay. between the 4 or 5 hotels we have stayed in across Italy and the countless hotels in the USA, Michael has been our favorite receptionist we have ever had the pleasure to interact with. He was very friendly and super helpful with any and all of our (many) questions. We originally booked this hotel after our original summer break plans got cancelled, and Michael is the reason we enjoyed our stay here so much and can’t imagine going anywhere else for our break from school!

The room got very hot at times and the location made it difficult to walk anywhere.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean.

it’s a bit of a hassle getting to the city centre but bus stops are very close to the hotel so it makes it manageable.

We messaged before our trip that we were mother and son staying and wanted twin room .when we got there we were upgraded which we wife grateful of but it wasn't a twin room it was a king size bed . I was too embarrassed to complain but it was asked for in Italian before we got there Bit of a busy road and the taxi driver got lost finding it . If you want to go to rome go by bus as they charge more for short journeys. We had a taxi to the trian station ok the way home and he started the meter st 13euros But lovely hotel all the same

Amazing kind staff, we arrived late at night and Michael checked us in. The next morning he had a map with detailed tour plan! He made our stay super easy and comfortable as we were traveling with toddler. It may seem far from the city, but its really easy and comfy to reach the city center, then return to enjoy the pool and very clean and comfortable rooms. The dinner in restaurant was surprisingly cheap. Thanks La Giocca and Michael !! Hope to see you one day again.

There is really nothing i can say i didnt like. It was very good

Lovely family suite, great AC, comfy beds, really clean with room serviced each day, good location if driving and great pool

really enjoyed our stay, the only (strange) issue we found was that the menu for the restaurant was only available in Italian! The staff did best to translate but two staff to cover whole place meant they were run off their feet so didn’t really have time to help. seems bonkers they can’t provide a menu I. other languages for their guests?? would also be nice to have some towels available at the pool.

Hotel is beautiful and clean. Staf is very helpful. Pool is very nice and clean.

The only 1 minus is transport to the town centre, there is no metro station near. We have used taxi. €30 to the most of the places, except we have paid €23 to go to the main train station, to go to the Campino airport cost €50.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Very respectful of COVID safety but not too much personal intrusion to not interfere with the privacy of the guests. We were welcomed by Michele, Let's say he put a smile on our faces and made our short stay very pleasant. Very good hotel also for business trips with a good restaurant inside the facility where you can eat both fish and meat but also pasta and pizza. I really appreciated the fact that in the room there was a nice and clean kettle and a hanger with integrated iron (servo-muto)

Although very clean bathrooms will need to be renovated in the near future.

The service was fantastic. We had to leave early because of the strike @ Italy airways so we had to leave early and the reception was very helpful in returning our money. They are very understanding and in the reception Micheal was so helpful and we recommend the hotel to everyone.

I like the front desk receptionist Michael. He was very attentive and hardworking. He'll supply all of your needs. Extremely helpful and wonderful person 💖

I didn't like the cab service. Meter already starting before they pick you up. I also didn't like the breakfast at the hotel. Hard bread and not worth $12.00 a day. Eating out was much better.

A wonderful hotel with extremely kind and responsive staff! After a long walk around Rome, returning to the room, we saw on the arranged bed, gently folded into a delicate shape my wife's nightgown! Small and kind gestures are priceless! Thank you!
