Nice staff, location far from center but 4 minutes walking from metro station junio, many supermarkets and restaurants around, good breakfast but no fruit

Very small rooms. I arrived at 2 pm and they gave me twice an undone / uncleaned room before checking that is was ready! Bed sheets are not lovely

Room had a big bathroom, and comfy bad. Breakfast was very good and they served nice pastry and good coffee.

The surroundings of the hotel wasnt picture perfect, but hotel is close to the metro station, and you can get to the Colloseum in 15min.

In general, all was good and we enjoyed the stay at the "La Pergola". The guys at the reception were very friendly and ready to help us. The WiFi connection was excellent. The location is good - not to far from Metro B, which is an advantage.

As for the breakfast - I would like to have some eggs (boiled or omelet), vegetables and fruit salad. The food was tasteful, however the choices could be better. What I would like to improve - definitely the lock on the doors will be better with electronic keys (cards). Also in our room the window didn't close tightly, so we heard many noise from the street.

I liked the breakfast very much and the receptionist Sérgio, who is very kind and lively. The location is good, and it is near to the final point of the metro line B, which goes to the coliseum in 30 minutes. They have a Carrefour beside the hotel, which is also very nice.

We have disappointments about the hostings in Rome, most of them were full, and the remaining was high prices. About the Pergola, the only negative point was about the staff who aren't cleaned the ground of the room anytime.

The staff was super kind, specially the one works at morning shift helped a lot with popular locations to visit, I will remember him with his super kind smile. Breakfast was great, room was clean and even the location is a bit far from the center, the metro works perfectly. Just takes 20 min to arrive any location by metro.

Breakfast was great but could include some veggies or fruit. Just the friendly suggestion, it could be nice to have fridge in the room

The location close to metro for easy access to old city was excellent. Breakfast was very nice and staff very friendly and polite. Foyer and outside pergola areas with many plants beautiful. Concierges were very welcoming and helpful with tourism advice. Closeness to supermarkets, restaurants and MacDonalds was very convenient.

The staff was fantastic, very friendly even the staff treated us in our native language and learned some words from us. The hotel is nice and clean and close to metro.

Small drawback is that it is far from centre so you cant walk from here to centre. But metro is really close. Another small minus is that the breakfast has just sweet food and lacks some vegetables or fruits or also something salty like sausage or eggs

Family run hotel , very friendly . Good selection at breakfast and behind they bar they have a great coffee machine. They will prepare what ever coffee you like fresh on your order and serving to your table. Hotel is situated next to large super market and not far from subway station that brings you into the heart of rome in about 30 minutes. We had a car - parking is free on the streets around the hotel and there are always empty slots, day and night.

Some rooms have showers, our room had a bath tub and the fixed shower head on the wall did not work. It was leaking and should be replaced by a hose shower so you can unhook and but it behind the plexi glas - otherwise the bath room got wet everywhere.... The matresses in one room with twin beds, should be replaced. The springs came though and hurt your back- we turned the matresses after the first night to the other side and then it was much better.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good (though some fresh fruit would have been nice).

The hotel is about 20 minutes from the center of Rome which made the price more reasonable, but added travel time and cost to see the sights. The hotel is a little bit 'past its prime' in terms of decor and amenities (not enough electric outlets for example).

Old classic feeling hotel with old fur iture but modernised rooms. Location was good with a 24 hour open supermarket next to the hotel. The supermarket parking is freely access and free to park your car. I left my car for 2 days there with no problems. Ok breakfast with only sweet stuff, not hot counter. Close to Jonio metro station. Orderign and eating in their garden restaurant was allowed.
