within 10 minute walk from tain and metro, and 5 minutes from bus stops, and 25 minutes ride to Central Rome. Beautiful apartment with lovely leafy view of the suburb. The checkin was very smooth and the staff was very prompt and communicative and was there at the arranged time for the check-in. At the check out, I just left the key on the door and could leave my suitcase in the hallway and collect later in the afternoon. I have a lovely stay. Highly recomment!

A quiet place, clean and the stuff isn't disturbing. Only making sure if we needed something. The hotel placed close to the pablic transportation, making it very easy to tour around rome

The bathroom is outside the room, in a corridor where the other rooms. Not so comfortable, but there are bathrooms for every room there, so there is no disturbance from other people. Our room didnt included a fridge. We were fine with it but there is people that use it alot in trips.

Location was in a nice area and the owners were very friendly and able to answer our requests quickly. Checkin and checkout were very smooth. Also Wi-Fi was quite fast and could enjoy Netflix TV.

Be aware that the price does not include city tax.

I love this place, really clean with AC that is a must during the summer, and the hots are absolutely kind and helpful, they helped me with all that I need with my trip. The bus and metro station are pretty close what makes it ideal to stay in, also include breakfast in a coffee near themwith really good choises. For everything I have seen this place is the best quality price. For sure I will come back.

Not a disadvantage but bear in mind that the flat is around 5 km from city center. There are buses running around 200 meters from an apartment

Unfortunately there was a problem with the water so we Couldn't check in until late they did manage our luggage which was great, but the water situation was not great, shower was cold and a dribble. Fixed the next day but no compensation. Otherwise the venue and the hosts weee Great.

The water was not their fault but maybe a little something in recompense would have been nice considering it was €100 per night

First of all great and helpful hosts, Fabiana and Cristian - BIG THANK YOU for all support !!! Clean, comfortable, with a great price - this was all we wanted and needed. We used also transfert option - from and to the airport which was an additional service that Fabiana and Cristian helped us with. I really like the location - not in the Centre but with bus number 60 and Libia Subway we could easily reach all attractions. In Sale & Farina we ate the best Rome pizza and antipasti. We also recommend Osteria Dar Nasone - in both places we spent great and tasty time. We tasted all types of cornettos and small, strong and sweet coffee in a Bar where we has our breakfasts, and last but not least we tasted variety of ice creams in Gelateria MAMO - big YES for them as well :)

Location was great, facilities were great too. Could not ask more for a few day trip.

The sink in the shower had a lot of long hair stuck into it, and the water went down really slow.
