Great location close to sightseeing, metro, and restaurants. Walkable area with good public transportation as well. A good mix of restaurants frequented by locals and more “tourist friendly” locations all within a short walk train ride or taxi ride. Very quiet at night so easy to get a good night’s sleep after a long day of going around the city. Hotel was very accomodating in providing wine glasses for use in room for a bottle we picked up from a nearby shop. Great value and experience overall.

No flexibility on check in time, which I understand is subject to availability and can’t be guaranteed, but some understanding of the long journey would have been appreciated. We were not given the wifi password or any tips on where to get a bite / drink in the neighborhood or even direction on the bathroom for a quick break while waiting for the room to be ready for check in. TV didn’t work which we’d planned to watch in evening after coming back for the night to sleep but we were able to use wifi for streaming on our personal devices.

The staff were so friendly. Thank you very much Sabrina in reception and the two very special ladies in the restaurant for breakfast. Friendly, engaging and natural. We were made to feel at ease straight away. Amenities and bed were superb, air conditioning lovely, nice and clean. Great location, ideal for buses and metro and gorgeous tree lined streets with superb bars and restaurants and boutique shops all nearby in Prati. Sets itself away from the hustle and bustle of central Roma but nevertheless keeps within easy reach. Thank you to the staff there. Highly recommend. Would visit again.

Bar could benefit from a greater variety of drinks and somewhat expensive but not a real issue.

The service was par excellent, located in a very quiet area, 2 stops by Metro to the Pantheon, and five stops from Terminal. The Piazza Popoli , Villa Borghese are not exactly walking distance but it was a tiring walk! The Metro was about 10/15 min walk to MDC! There aren’t many Cafés nearby except Frangiani which was really good!

A special shout out to Paul, Anna, Jordan, Alexander who were gracious and patient . Made a big world of a difference staying here. The AC worked, hot water and they have an elevator. Rooms are fairly ok not tiny as many reviews claim. The beds creaked a bit but was very comfortable with daily impeccable housekeeping.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. As I needed a gluten free breakfast I was catered for very well.

The only fault I would have is that it was a little noisy early in the morning as the tram stops right outside.

My sister and I stayed there recently for six nights and loved everything about the hotel, it was within walking distance of lots of the main sights, our room was vert nice, comfortable and kept spotless clean, the shower was great and had lots of towels, we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and there were many of choices served with lovely coffee, we chose to sit outside to have ours which was a bonus as the weather was so good and finally the staff, everyone that we dealt with were absolutely brilliant, they were friendly and so helpful, nothing was a problem, the staff on reception helped us with where to go for a Covid19 test and also phoned an Italian Government dept no on our behalf to give them all our details, this was something that was compulsory to staying in Italy and my sister and I weren’t confident about doing it on our own. We’re home now and definately want to go back to Rome and would certainly choose this hotel again

room is quite small. I live in HK and even by HK standards the place is TINY. not a big issue since it’s got for purpose and has enough room to organise all of our stuff, but it is TINY.

Location is very good, easy access to all attractions

1) Hot breakfast selection in non existence except for scrambled egg on request 2) No coffee and milk available in the room 3) Room is dark and small 4) Only BBC world service available in English all other TV channels are in Italy.

Dining room is very small and kind of closing on you. Nice breakfast but boring and simple for Italian food. Coffee was cold every morning.

The room was small but comfortable, the staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean.

There is nothing to eat in the hotel at night, only breakfast is served. Maybe a vending machine might be good. Also the street feels dark and lonely at night.

The location was very good considering a Metro stop very close. The people very helfull all the time. Size of the room for 3 was very good.

The quality of the breakfast could be better. Also coffee temperature. Internet connection was slow.
