The hotel gives you the city feels of Rome. You can walk around the city from the hotel. A lot of restaurants, coffee shops, even bars are nearby. The room is well kept and clean. The staff are also great. While there are some who do not speak English well, they find ways to assist and attend to your request. There is an available bar in the hotel if you just want to chill and relax in the wee hours.

Leaving the keys at the reception when you're going out. However, I guess it is a usual practice in most hotels in the place. The room is still kept safe nevertheless. No breakfast.

I had been traveling with a group from California..but I got sick and needed to leave the tour and get well. I found Hotel San Valentino online. It was an easy reservations..the location of the hotel was a benefit...the staff were friendly. helpful... the weather was warm.. and AC was being repaired... I asked for a fan and staff immediately provided one for me. I never had the housekeeping come into my room, but they always provided me with toilette paper and fresh towels when I asked. On the day I left the morning staff were helpful finding a cab...when i arrived staff was helpful with a map of finding places to visit.

I wish the ac was working, but I survived..there is a gym behind the hotel of my room... only on one night did the noise bother me, but for only a few hrs...small inconvenience. otherwise very quiet...slept like a baby every night...

great location walking distance from the city centre and the Vatican. 100 meters from a metro station and a good restaurant right at the hotel door

there was always a chip on the floor that was never clean out and we were two people and they left toiletry for just one person . for the rest is a good choice to stay in Rome great location beds and room very comfortably and personnel very very friendly i will definitely go back.

Location close to metro Lepanto, the big comfortable and hard shell bed, changing towels every day and the coffee and tea facility

There were some reconstruction in progress (but not bothering us at all) and some strange noises from nearby room (like scratching the walls and dropping stuff on ground, late at night)

The location of the hotel is perfect for a stay in Rome, very close to a metro station and a 20/25 min walk from some main attractions in the city center. The staff was overall friendly, and it was possible to leave your luggage before check-in and after check-out, which is very handy. The room was nice, comfortable and the air conditioning is a big plus during summer.

The bathroom was clean, but there were sometimes smells coming from the drain/ pipes.

Location is amazing. Its in Prati one of the best areas in Rome. 1 min walking to the tube Lepanto Room was like the photos. Clean and comfy

I did not like the lack of customer service of the Receptionist. I asked about late check-put (30min late) and he wanted ti charge me . I never saw this in my life...

Everything was great - actually surprised at how perfect the location is. It’s super close to Via Rienzo, the best shopping street in Rome. Close to the Vatican, metro station and cafes and restaurants that aren’t overflowing with tourists. We booked last minute and went for “value” and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The young men working the front desk were very nice and very professional.

We just wished we had time to try the breakfast but we had a plane to catch!

Great central location, very clean & spacious with a fridge in room too which was handy. However the smart TV mentioned was just a basic cable TV, but the wifi was very good so this didn’t bother us too much

People are really nice and helpful. Good restaurant attached. Great neighborhood near the subway. Lots of activity but not in heart of the tourist world. Good shopping, restaurants. Our room was small but bed comfortable. Small bathroom. We had a end room and those are smaller. Ask for a larger room. Overall highly recommended. Price okay.
