Beautiful, stylish accommodation, great and safe location (we walked everywhere), nice and clean room with sunny bathroom, comfortable big bed, nice helpful hosts (Thank you again, dear Lucilla!🙂), good coffee, cold lemon water in the fridge every morning.

We didn't know that the Italian breakfast is particularly sweet, so it was surprising that we had a sweet breakfast for five days. Maybe it was too much. Otherwise the Italian cakes was all delicious (even if too sweet for us) - moreover, in terms of price-value ratio, you can't have breakfast and coffee in that area..!

It was super nice to live in this great apartement. Super clean, great breakfast vouchers at a local bakery to pick up typical Italian breakfast ie croissant with your choice o filling and a coffee. We are not coffee drinkers but just added a small fee and bought fresh queezed juices. Lucila also offers some amazing cupcake at the apartement which my kid loved and some juice and yogurts in fridge. The water in tap is drinkable. Quiet zone, jus friday night got loud so you will need to close window and start aircon and you wont hear anything from outside or minimal sound. I loved everything about this place and it was super close to everything around, Metro 4 min walk, airport total 45 min with train, Vatican 29 min walk, fontana de trevi 40 min walk and coloseum around 1 hour walk or 25 min in train. Best I have had in Italy!

Would have loved the option to exchange my breakfast to something healthier but I mean when in Rome follow the custom and I honestly loved the croissant YUUUUM

Big room and comfortable bed. The bathroom was big enough and had a good shower cabin. The place is in a good location, specially if you want to visit the Vatican area and is also very near to the metro station. Last but not least, the host is great, keeping in touch with you in order to assure that everything is ok. Really good communication.

A little bit noisy during the night if you sleep with opened window, but nothing disturbing. The breakfast represents 1 corn + 1 cappuccino per person at a nice bakery nearby- it's more like a snack

Breakfast provided as vouchers at nearby cafe foe a cornet to and coffee. In-house there was yoghurt, fruit, cake, drinks, juice. Lucilia also provided me a range of gf biscuits The location so close to the central sights and the Vatican and esp the Metro, the decor, the small touches even feeling part of the neighbourhood with the bar below

The beds were too hard

Lucille is the sweetest host I’ve met - she reached out from the time of booking, to a few days before, to the day we arrived just to check if we’d need any help! Am so thankful for her hospitality, it was a great start to our trip :) The room was in a quiet neighbourhood, with the train station being a 5-10 minute walk away. There is air conditioning too.

The shower is a tad small, but not unbearable. No complaints really!

We liked the room; very comfortable and clean. The service was excellent. Alexia, the lady who was there was amazing! She was very helpful, friendly, respectful and she gave us lots of tips where we could go around in the city. The breakfast was delicious and with different options. The place is well located, close to the metro and bus stations in a quiet neighborhood not far from the Vatican. We could walk to the vatican or take Metro to further places.

Very friendly host that cared continuously, so we felt very good and at ease. Location is really great. In a very friendly neighborhood but with really everything at a very short walk. Including Metro. It's Alos very easy to reach the mayor attractions. We did almost everything by walking. Thank you Lucilla!

Lucilla was the perfect host, she was always available to offer advice and tips and was super friendly. Breakfast was also really tasty and we liked the voucher to get coffee and a pastry at the nearby cafe - the food was amazing although the process of getting it was a little confusing! The location was great. You can walk into the northern part of town in 20 minutes and other areas of the city are within really easy reach with the metro or bus. The room was a brilliant size, very clean and the bed was comfy.

The lovely host Lucilla kept in touch from the beginning on - sent detailed arrival information and kept us informed of buses, places to see etc and left refreshments and great coffee etc in the kitchen to use at any time. The room in the small apartment was immaculate and we felt very much at home.

Centrally located to the metro, the Vatican, with easy access to the rest of Rome. The beds & rooms were very comfortable. There was access to yogurt, coffee & cake/pastry if you can’t make breakfast.

That I didn’t get to meet Lucilla in person. What an amazing host! So responsive, kind & a wealth of knowledge!!
