We liked everything about this hotel. The rooms were great. Service was good. The location was perfect for touring Rome. The breakfast buffet was very good. We had a last minute crisis with transportation and the desk attendants helped us solve it quickly. We also had another issue that the hotel attendants very graciously helped us with.

Air conditioner started dripping during the night. The front dest attendant offered to move us to two single rooms, which was good, but we didn't want to move in the middle of the night and we didn't want to separate. Luckily the dripping stopped two days later.

First of all, the staff was absolutely wonderful. Friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. We asked to have a change of room because the first one we were shown was dark ( first floor inner courtyard). The hotel is located right in the historic center of Rome, within walking distance of just about everything. All the shops you could possibly imagine, restaurants, coffee bars from old-fashioned fame to ultra modern. A tourist's paradise. Breakfast was a huge feast, in a separate room, and there is a downstairs bar, and a roof-top terrace overlooking Rome which is a delight for either cocktails or dinner. The wait staff is charming. The only problem I had was with the hot water in the shower, of which there was none, (but there was in the bathtub) and the pillows were like lead. Probably very healthy, but not cuddly. I would stay there in a flash the next time I'm in Rome. You should too!

Breakfast was better than expected - not just continental but every day there was scrambled egg and bacon and a selection of other foods such as omelette, beef, vegetables, couscous ... oh and lots of cakes!! Cappuccinos were excellent Room was clean and had all the toiletries you could need except hair conditioner. Also had a hairdryer. Fridge has 4 bottles of water which was restocked daily. Location is noisy by day as right by the main shopping district but quiet at night so that's fine. 5 minutes from Spanish Steps and close to the park. 30 minute walk to Colosseum and Vatican. Very helpful staff who can book you taxis and answer any questions. Rooftop terrace bar is lovely and very relaxing. On a cold evening the staff light the heaters and bring you blankets! Good wine list and you get substantial snacks with a bottle!

The location could not be better. We walked to almost all points of interest. We were lucky to have had our taxis pick up and drop off at the door, however you should expect to walk to the next street or Piazza del Popolo to find a taxi due to the limited driving zone. The staff was extremely communicative and helpful whenever we had questions. They can provide restaurant recommendations and have a very nice rooftop patio for a pre dinner drink or dinner above the main hotel. The apartment was spacious and we appreciated the in unit laundry washer.

Location was excellent on the busy highstreet of Via del curso, near many shops and also close to the beautiful borghese park. Staff were kind and welcoming throughout the stay. Beautiful comfortable rooms that were cleaned regularly and well. The rooftop bar and restaurant was amazing at sunset and was well-priced with some very nice authentic italian food.

Small issue with our kettle originally smelling of vinegar (but this was fixed before we could even report it!) I think the last guest of the room had tried to cook in it or something. There were no issues at all with this hotel stay it was excellent!

Beautiful hotel in an amazing safe location in the heart of Rome Most sights walking distance Super clean with great polite staff who were always happy to help Great beds and pillows , fridge in the room which was necessary in this hot weather. Beautiful roof garden restaurant Breakfast with a huge variety with a lot fresh fruit and lovely cakes I will definitely stay there again in my next visit

The shower in the single room was tiny and a bit claustrophobic but it was not a major problem as the rest were great Next time I will book a different type of room which will be better as I was told all singles rooms have tiny showers

The location was perfect, exceptional roof garden , encapsulating the essence of Rome . We really enjoyed our Carbonara , overlooking the rooftops & iconic buildings. Very easy to walk to all the attractions . The staff were friendly and very helpful , which added to the ambience. I was sad to leave & will certainly return . This hotel is great value for money & I have no hesitation in recommending it . A big thank you to all the staff .

Lack of mini bar contents .

The roof top terrace was lovely in the evening; cool with a lovely atmosphere. The proximity of the hotel to the Metro made it very easy to pop back from site seeing in the heat of the day to have a siesta - the temperature in July was 35+ degrees. Had a lovely breakfast on our last morning in a bright and cool dining room over looking the Main Street. The reception was always manned and the staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Never opened the shutters in our room as it over looked the small side street, so it was dark but cool +

We stayed in a room in Via del Corso. Room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with options above the average for breakfast. Very good coffee and desserts. Reasonable price for dinner. Very friendly staff. Gelato store just next door of building entrance.

The room was a bit small for a family of 4 but not really an issue as we spent most of the day out. The view from the room was not very good but also not important.

We stayed in a family size suite just around the corner from the hotel. It was so comfortable, private, and quiet. The beds for our two kids were very comfortable. The location was ideal. We were 30 minutes walking from the Colosseum, and Vatican Museums. Even closer to the Pantheon and Trevi fountain. There are wonderful restaurants very close by, we had an amazing stay!
