Cleaners clean the room every day and provide new towels. Receptionist is extremely friendly and helpful. Gym is good. Location is excellent as well. Beautiful view of the river and Testaccio.

Poor sound insulation. You can hear people in other rooms.

Good location,easy to get to the city either by bus, train or private car.The room was cleaned daily and had an efficient air conditioner. Clean towels and disposable utilities provided too. No breakfast on site but nice restaurants close by.The staff were cheerful and very helpful when asked questions.They always went an extra mile to help.There is a great balcony but did not use it much because of the hot weather

Maybe provision of a microwave would be a great idea.

The staff is very friendly Paolo. It is very convenient 5-10 minute walk to roma trastevere trains station. The balcony is so huge, the view is very calm and peaceful. The property is clean and with access control. There are many restaurants near the property. There is also mcdonalds at the back and near to small shops. Accessible and comparatively affordable nearby food restaurants compared to city center.

If you will take the studio type, it is small in size just fit for 2 persons.

Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.❤️ There was some beautiful live Italian music coming from opposite. Enjoyed to listen with cheese platter and wine. Generally very quiet area to run away from city noise and tourists. I am very happy to stay here and recommend to everyone the Lungotevere suite. Easy to go everywhere, bus and train 5 min from the building. Gelateria, Supermercato, Pizzeria, all in walking distance 5 min. Very nice, in style , Pizzeria, restaurant, next to the Lungotevere suite "Bruciò" Fuoco e Farina. The best was my view from the balcony, Sunrise 🙂 Grazie Mille a tutti ❤️🙏🙂 Mrs Signe

Everything was grate

Overall it was a nice stay - the hotel was clean, lovely looking, with a great terrace, the staff seemed nice and welcoming. Easy to get there from Fiumicino airport by F1 train to Trestavere station, it's just a short walk from there.

Do not order an airport transfer! We did it, as we had a very early flight before the train starts operating. Well, the driver didn't come, and what's even worse, he didn't let us know at all, I'm not even talking in advance. I called after waiting for some time, hoping he's just late, but no, he said he's not coming and we had to get a very expensive Uber Black to the airport as we would be late otherwise. Also, as others already mentioned - the rooms are not sound proof and there are parties outside till about 4 am every night, so bring some ear plugs :)

Large apartment with fabulous balcony. Two minutes walk from bus stops into Rome, and 8 minutes from Trastevere Train (but with a long flight of stairs to the station). Free Washing machine in basement with drying racks, irons, and ironing boards.

Decor is a little dated and cleanliness could be improved (mildew in shower, eg). Be aware there is a night club nearby (or across the river) and on the weekend noise carried until wee hours. Also, there is a professional gym on the ground floor, so during the day when doors are open, there is the constant sound of workout music and clanging barbells. Even though booking.com lists a washer in the apartment, there is actually only one in the basement for the entire complex. That being said, we had no problem finding it open when needed. Internet was also sometimes intermittent.

Own apartment, spacious, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, clean, good wifi, easy to contact staff by WhatsApp if staff is not there physically, housekeeper comes every 2 days, instructions to check in outside of reception hours are easy to follow and very helpful when could access wifi during the check in process - very well thought-out.

Staff wasn't there often when needed to ask them something during reception hours. There was water provided but was disappointed no basic tea and coffee offered.

This is a very well-run hotel with enthusiastic, helpful staff. It is right around the corner from our favorite restaurant in Rome, La Tavernaccia da Bruno, and is a short distance from the Trastevere train station. It's a great place to stay on your last night in Rome if you are flying from Fiumicino airport. You can just hop on the train to the airport. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious. Ours had a lovely balcony overlooking the Tiber. We have stayed here three times and have always enjoyed it.

Few hundred meters from train station, few km from center, we did all by walking. Very clean room, balcony with nice view of the city and river. Hosts were the Best. Really positive and warm people and they help us a lot. We love the neighborhood with excellent restaurants and top food, by the river. I have late check in after 12 and without problems. Last day after check out we left our luggage till the evening because of the late flight without problems.

Excellent value for money

It was very clean and very comfortable. Also, compared with other accommodations in Rome, this is a modern one in an nice and very close to center neighbourhood. You can go by walk to all the tourist attractions or you have at your disposal several options of public transportation. The front desk people are very kind and helpful. If I am ever going back to Rome, certainly, this will be my first choice accommodation.
