Breakfast needs a huge improvement

Helpful and friendly receptionist. Breakfast: toasts, butter, ham, cheese, yogurt, fruit, croissants, jam, sweet pastry. Alice Pizza nearby (try supplì). A bust stop (705, 706) nearby (direction EUR Fermi metro station).

There was very secure inner courtyard parking which we requested. It is limited to 4 vehicles so check in early. The staff are very helpful in assisting with questions and advice. The room we were in was very quiet.

The location is such that there are limited dining options within a reasonable walking distance.

Lovely spacious room which was clean and comfortable. It is close to the main road but soundproof rooms eliminate the sound of traffic and won't bother your stay. Nice location to stay close to rome outside of the LTZ if driving to rome. Staff friendly and helpful. Area is a bit out of the way but places to eat nearby. Decent priced room for what you get too and would recommend to anyone looking to drive to rome but not pay astronomical price's to stay close by.

List there is bathrobes and minibar in the room... there is a small empty fridge in the room but its not very powerful for keeping drinks cool and could find a bathrobe but not a huge issue as we only had a short stay and didn't end up getting chance to use all the facilities

Better options for breakfast

The property has a long terrace where we spend a very nice late evening having wine and listening to music. Good Breakfast with a variety of food. They offer paid parking lot and they charge less than other hotels, very good deal. Friendly staff.

Our room was too small and the shower drain was slow.

We loved that it was a small,cute,homey place.

Well it wasn’t very close to the centre but with the metro+bus connection you were able to get there pretty quick. The only thing very disappointing was the breakfast. The patisserie was not fresh and too sugary.
