The room is clean and the reception staff was very nice and accomodating

The breakfast is bad. The meshed eggs are so ugly and smelly. One cannot ask for a simple omelette to be prepared on request. The breakfast is majorly sweet. I have been to many hotels and they serve baked beans and all to serve it to people who like to have salty breakfast. The waiters don't approach you to ask if anything is required or check if there is any thing required on the table. Didn't expect this type of hospitality at breakfast in a big hotel like IBIS. Last thing I remember not regarding breakfast is that there is no coffee making facilities in the room.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Towels were replaced with regularity and the staff was nice. Also the breakfast had a big variety of food. The place for breakfast has a very nice terrace but we did not have the courage to eat there, there were full of mosquitoes in August in the area :) The fact that the hotel has a parking was a plus and the reason why we choose it. The one outside is free of charge, we did not knew... we also did not understood that there was also a parking undegroud. We were indeed very tired when we checked in. :) There are many attractions worth visiting and places to eat near the hotel but unfortunately we did not have the time.

We stayed 4 nights, the sink soap finished after 2 days, nobody replaced it. We used the one in the shower. The distance from the metro is around 20 minutes. After visiting the city in the sun for over 10km, the road from the metro to the hotel seemed an eternity.

The hotel is clean, the staff is pleasant and helpful. The location is far from the city center (~10 minutes walk + ~20 minutes by metro), but if you are attending an event in the EUR area, you will find it very convenient.

The breakfast was not very good. In particular, sausages are practically inedible.

Free parking, excellent staff, basic cleanliness and features were good. Restaurant did not serve lunch but the staff was very accomodating and although we'd already checked out they let us order from the bar and eat in the lobby which was immensely helpful for our schedule.

Room had only the very basic necessities which was okay for just one night stay. No iron, no wardrobe/closet, nowhere to open the suitcase, no kettle or coffeemaker.

The room is ok, the bathroom is equipped with a bidet and is ok, it has a safe, a mini fridge, but it lacks a dresser for longer trips! Varied and very good breakfast! A few minutes away there are a lot of terraces and a lot of shops. Bonus in the area is a lake and a beautiful park! The metro station is a 14-minute walk away

I would have liked to wipe the dust after cleaning!

This hotel is removed from the heart of Rome. The nearest Metro station is at least a 20 minute walk down a steep staircase and again going up in your hotel room upon your return. It is not a leisurely 10 min walk the hotel reception tells you

Shuttle services to city service.not a great location but very good breakfast with both hot and cold food

The room was more than adequate for a single person and was very clean. The staff were extremely helpful and made my stay enjoyable. What I did like was the taxi service that was readily available which you booked via reception and normally with 5 minutes a taxi would be there.

The location is at least a kilometre from the nearest metro station, the TV in the room could be bigger and I did not find the breakfast to be the best I had experienced in a hotel.

it is a pitty that this place didnt accomodate for a rooftop bar. That would be awesome for a night drink with night view of the city

Very clean and modern facilities. The restaurant was very accommodating to our dietary restrictions. Breakfast was great - more than the typical European breakfast. The neighborhood was clean and has a nice park and lots of shopping. Nice shower. Staff were very helpful.

Entrance is not pedestrian-friendly. Bed was ok, but the pillows were too flat and firm. Towels shed lots of lint that stuck to us (I really wouldn’t normally care, but it was pretty extreme). Neighborhood a little far from tourist attractions.

Front desk staff is exceptional, always with a smile, always so professional. I do not recall the names but both a young woman and a young man were so extremely welcoming and super kind. The position is perfect to reach the EUR district and it is also incredible comfortable to have a free parking place. breakfast is also good with plenty of choice.
