We loved the fact that this hotel, although a bit far from the city centre, is really close to the bus stop, just 1 minute walk away. After catching the bus, you ride to the metro stop 'EUR Fermi' and you can get to any of the popular sites using the metro. Alternatively, the hotel has a large parking area if you prefer renting a car. Something else we really loved was that the hotel had gluten free options for beeakfast. You just have to ask them for the gluten free options and they bring out a selection of packed foods for you to choose from (you can even keep everything if you like). They have GF bread, cornflakes, muesli, wafer, sponge, tart and fette biscottate. We just wish we had known beforehand about this option because it isn't mentioned on their website.

The only downside is that the air conditioning smelled like feet when switched on, but everything else was so perfect that this didn't bother us.

Rooms are not fully soundproofed, so noise from other guests can sometimes be heard - light sleepers should bring earplugs. The hotel is located about 10km from many of Rome's main attractions (e.g. the Colosseum, the Vatican etc.), so bear this in mind when planning transport.

Its our second time in this hotel..always v clean and we had a grt time v clean breakfast v good ..helpfull staff with a smile..we was there for nye .soo was quite busy .but we had gd service ..

Had a slight problem with the parking due to pope s funeral 3 days after we arrived. one night as was full with police vans and cars.and wanted us to find parking outside hotel...which was a problem as we had our belongings in car..as we have been travelling from malta.😔...otherwise everything was ok ..

Large comfortable room, helpful staff, free parking. Dinner was very tasty.

The property is under some construction so it was not as neat and clean as one might like (outside and in the public spaces).

It was easy to find a parking slot. Clean, comfortable room. Area around the hotel was less expensive than downtown Rome. It was very close to the congress center.

No view from the balcony, where mosquitoes also made it impossible to sit there.

The location and the hotel is modern and renovated. the terrace of the room was one of the best features of the room. The international breakfast was excellent (just few options for allergic people)

The mini-bar was empty and there weren’t flip-flops, leaflets for information of the hotel

Clean, Lovely and beautiful shower.

We were expecting 1 Queen sized beds and two proper single beds with small privacy patrician for parent privacy as per picture on website. We had a portable single bed and another single bed other side with no parental privacy screen.

Staff rude and unhelpful - took €100 and a month later I’m back in the UK still waiting to get it back and have called twice to 0 help so now have to talk to my bank, very frustrating

Conveniently located for us in EUR. Clean, new rooms. Free parking with nightime security. Ample and varied breakfast.

The hotel is being restructured, so the beautiful restaurant near the pool we remembered is not more. The dinner service was just ok in terms of menu and ambience. But this is temporary I'm sure.

Location and cleaning room.

The hotel has 4 stars, but there are no bathrobes or kettles in the rooms. There is a minibar in the rooms, but it is empty. there are no hand towels, but ordinary cloths.Room service is very bad.
