Excellent location in the heart of Rome. Very clean and spacious rooms with good air con. Excellent value of money. Extremely helpful staff who can’t do enough for you. Excellent communication throughout our stay and prior. We definitely would return here.

Steep steps up to the rooms with no lift would be a problem for people with limited mobility.

Great location and beautiful rooms - Mario was so inviting and helpful, giving us some great recommendations for around the area.

Great location, close to everything you want to see, with most attractions less than 10 minutes away. It’s also conveniently near restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean, tidy, and spacious enough for four adults. Security was excellent, with keypads or locks on all entry points. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist us. Communication was prompt and efficient throughout our stay. Silvia, who checked us in, was fantastic! She provided us with a map of the area and gave great recommendations for restaurants and attractions. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Rome.

The only downside was that in the main room, you could hear the street noise, but that’s to be expected when staying so close to everything.

Do not hesitate to book this amazing place! Bruno the manager greeted us on arrival and was so welcome and helpful. He spent time with us and recommended places to eat and drink which were all fantastic and planned out our stay. We learnt so much before we had even ventured outside. The suite was beautiful and very spacious and clean and in a perfect location a few minutes from the Spanish Steps. Bruno also booked us a private transfer from and to the airport which took the stress away and enabled us to completely relax. We all fell in love with Rome and Bruno especially made our city break one to remember.

We were really happy with our stay here. The room had everything we needed - we spent so long exploring the city we were really only in the room to sleep, but the facilities were great and it was quiet considering how close it is to the centre of Rome, the location was perfect for us. Bed was very comfy. There were a lot of stairs to climb but we didn't mind. Bruno, our host, was brilliant - during check in, he gave us so much helpful information about the city, where to go, where to eat etc, it helped us so much. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was exceptional, so close to the Piazza of the Spanish Steps, along with all of the high end stores and fabulous cafes. The room was lovely, great amenities and very clean. The hosts were super friendly and very helpful, they gave us great recommendations for places to see and eat.

The 4 flights of stairs to get to our room. It was quite the task at the end of a long day of walking.

Location was perfect. Staff was friendly, responsive and helpful. Food recommendations were spot on and greatly appreciated. Everything was walking distance which was perfect for us. Host reserved a car for our trip to the airport, so, that was super helpful.

WiFi was weak and not accessible in the bedroom. It made it difficult to book tours and make dinner reservations. The main bedroom got a lot of street noise, but that wasn't horrible.

Great location, we had an adjoining room with our children which worked brilliantly. Bruno was amazingly helpful with recommendations for restaurants, ice cream and breakfast which were all great, also mapping out a good route to walk around Rome in order to take in as much as possible during a short stay.

Our bedroom was on the main street which was noisy in the early morning with them emptying bins, etc, but given the location it is to be expected, so didn't bother us.
