I love Elysium. Location is near all the places we wanted to go. Rooms are clean and modern. Special shout out to the hardworking Mr. ARNOLD MATIRA. He keeps all the guests entertained, prepares breakfast everyday, keeps the clean tidy and goes extra mile to do all our requests. Even carry our luggage to the ground floor. Mr. Matira is an asset to your company. Keep it up! MABUHAY

Staying at Elysium suits was an absolute delight! Nestled conveniently in the city center, this hotel offers pristine, stylish rooms that feel like a home away from home. What truly made my stay exceptional, however, was the concierge, Orlando. His attentive service, unparalleled local knowledge, and jovial nature made me feel like an esteemed guests rather than an ordinary traveler. He was the personification of graciousness and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

Arnold carried our 2 heavy suitcases up the stairs with a smile. Our room (4) was spacious, comfortable and very clean. We had a nice view of a street with a few restaurants. (We ate at 2 of them. However not the one on the corner as they charged us just under 20 euro for 2 bottles of beer.) Arnold made us feel very welcome and made great ham and cheese toasties for breakfast. Great bar downstairs. Arnold also carried both our suitcases down when we were leaving.

There was not a thing we didn’t like

So, the suites are in the heart of Rome. piazza di spagna, Fontana di trevi, piazza del popolo, piaza navona, pantheon and villa borghese are about 10 to 20 minutes away from the suites. the room is very modern, clean and with all the amenities described! the breakfast is very tasty. but the best of all is Arnold Matira, the receptionist. who did everything for us to be well and comfortable. we had a problem with our airline which had left our suitcase back in greece and Arnold was constantly on the phones because he knows the italian language, something that we didn't know, to solve our problem! the suites must feel very lucky to have an employee who makes everything pleasant for his job. thank you for the pleasant stay! We had picked the smallest room, needed some more extra space, but we managed to stay tidy. Definitely coming back, next time we will book some of the other rooms

We rented the 3 bedroom suite, and it was very spacious it even included a terrace which was not advertised :) please note that this apartment is located in Via della croce! It’s not the address advertised on booking, but it’s still very amazing - great shops, bars and restaurants on the street. Jay was great help and super nice, breakfast was provided both sweet and savory and cleaning was provided daily.

Excellent location, rooms were clean and beds and pillows were comfortable. Staff were professional, friendly and provided the very best service. Excellent value for your money. Breakfast was the only item that could have been improved, but the cappuccino and expresso made up for it.
