The hosts are very friendly, if you ask them for information they will gladly help you. The room is very clean, the breakfast is good to start the day. The bathroom is large and comfortable. If you arrive early, it's not a problem because you have a room where you can get coffee and wait for room or leave things.

The bathroom is outside the room, and in this apartment, several rooms are renting so it's a little problematic, but it doesn't bother much. Floor tiles - it is recommended to bring slippers.

The host lady was super friendly and kind, she helped us with some questions about city. She offered us juice and water the moment we arrived + prepared coffee and breakfast every morning. she even helped us with packing our lunch packets for the remaining of our travel. we had our private bathroom even tho we didnt book it :) the location is 5 bus stops from the all the main attractions.

The B&B is located in a quiet and charming neighbourhood and is close to supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. it is also close to multiple public transport stops making it extremely easy to get to the city centre. Lucyna and Flavio are fantastic hosts and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. They were even kind enough to take our dietary needs into consideration for breakfast. We had a wonderful stay and hope to be back soon :)

Agnes was great from the first moment. She was very kind and welcoming. The room is great, very confortable and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Also the location is excellent, a short walk away from the Bologna metro station

No complains about the B&B. The taste of the water in Rome is a little strange, but that's a very minor thing that is not on the B&B.

Ground floor, big room, comfy bed, plentiful breakfast and an attentive host.

More of FYI, the location is a bit further away from the centre and public transport, about a 10min walk to tube but buses are a little closer.

The room is big and clean. We felt very safe walking in the neighborhood. B&B is close to public transportation with quick access to the center of Rome. The host is very nice. Breakfast is delicious with options.

With one word, Excellent. With a few more, the place was in great location, nearby bus stop and metro station so it was very easy to reach all parts of the city. The rooms and the entire place were super clean and what is a MUST to be mentioned that the host is super friendly, fast responsive and available for anything you need "at any time". Strongly recommend.

Lucia was a very gracious host, and the breakfast was wonderful! She was very welcoming and took care of every request we had, like dairy free coffee. The B&B is located in a very nice neighborhood, which felt very safe. The building itself is 100 years old and has a unique architecture which we enjoyed very much. The other guests in the B&B were very polite and a few times we enjoyed our breakfast together.

We had to take buses and trains to most of the touristic attractions, which wasn’t so bad. We recommend getting a weekly transportation pass that can be bought in the Sant’Agnese - Annibaliano metro station.

Single-glazed windows didn't prevent the street noise from coming in. I had to pull down the roller blinds to get some peace and quiet.

Absolutely great host, very helpful in case of any questions, attentive to details and nice. He made sure we had a pleasant time here, and there would be no disturbances for us. The included breakfast was nice to have as well.
