The staff was exceptionally caring and nice!! The hotel was very clean and in the immediate vicinity of nice bistros and bars. Bus station right outside the door, metro station- 7 minutes (it is only 3 stops to Termini, where you can catch your shuttle bus to Airport and 5 stops to Colosseo).

Beautiful property, located in an upscale area of Rome. Comfortable, clean rooms. Breakfast was ok. There was also a bus stop just outside the hotel, so commuting was really convenient.

The staff was really unhelpful, almost rude, and some did not even speak English. Also, we usually had to wait about half an hour to eat breakfast, since the amount of tables they had did not suffice.

The property is exceptionally clean and beds were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and they spoke better English than we spoke Italian, so communication was not a problem. Their coffee for breakfast was very good and not a full breakfast, but more than we expected. We loved being able to park our car their for 10 euros and we didn’t have to struggle to find street parking among the residents. An easy walk to the Metro and plenty of local stores and restaurants within walking distance.

You cannot change the temperature of the rooms using the thermostat. It stays at 24 degrees Celsius. The only way to cool off the room was to open the windows, which then brought in the street noise of cars honking and chatter from children at the school next door. We were only in rooms to take naps and sleep after a long day in Rome, so we were able to sleep through the noise and with headphones, you can easily drown out the noise. The room temp took some getting use to, but we managed.

An exceptionally high quality villa in Rome. 24 hr concierge service superb. Bed huge and very comfortable. Breakfasts are a must with enough of all the right food to eat and you're joined by great hosts in the kitchen they were both A++++ in service and kindness. Extra amenitiesof a large relaxing lounge, a serene chapel space, car parking, gardens to explore, and a huge balcony to sit and have a night cap and enjoy a view of this massive city. Bus stop right outside the gate. Metro 5 mins walk. Gelato shop on the corner. Supermarket 2 min walk. Answers to every question I asked. Ease of movement to all of the great sites you want to see in Rome. I woke up to the sounds of birds which was very refreshing, no noisy alarms or traffic noises here. Will absolutely be back when I return to Rome with no hesitation as the price is also outstanding. Thank you, for taking such great care of our party of 20 pers. Nga mihi, nga mihi, nga mihi. MsT

Wanted to stay longer.

I liked the cleanliness and comfort

I did not know it was a convent and that food is not allowed inside the rooms which was very strange and even a hot water kettle was not allowed. no phone was there as well to contact the lobby

We loved our ROOM! We had a big bed and everything was unpolluted :) Interesting was that we had one room for shower and other with a toilet, also they were every day spotless. The Hotel has a beautiful GARDEN with a fountain and chairs for sitting and relax. We also liked the Staff because they were really polite and quiet.

The breakfast was okay and enough to start the day, but we expected a little more options, for example oats, other cereals unless one alternative milk or Gluten free things. A good recommendation can be to change the Pastries, sometimes they taste like they were not fresh and cold like they were in the cooler.

Rooms were lovely and clean. Very convenient for public transport to get to city. Good value for Rome. Private parking available.

Staff a little serious to start. But became more cheerful as they got to know us. (In fairness they were probably nervous about our poor Italian). As it's not very near bars, cafe, restaurants etc, and they only offer breakfast, a kettle in the room would be really nice so that we could make a hot drink.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were really nice and comfortable, and the hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel's location is a bit far from the city center. The breakfast could have been better, but it was still adequate.

Hospitality at its best. Staff were welcoming and made you feel like at home, they would always try to reach the best they could offer and if they couldn’t they would always give you an alternative from outside business with a discount included, like laundry service. The cleanliness is amazing, you can see they take no shortcuts on this duty. The bed is super comfy and the neighbourhood is quiet. We had a great rest. Breakfast has plenty of choices. Don’t expect scrambled eggs and bacon, it’s just a great Continental.

Don’t expect everyone can speak English.

The staff was great! Since the reception was open 24/7, we could get back at any given time. The stadd also allowed us to store luggage before we checked in and after we checked out, which we were really thankful for. The room was great too, very clean and enough space to walk around. I also liked the fact, that we had to go through a gate to reach the hotel. The gate was kept close all the time and only opened after we rang the bell. Made us feel really secure. The breakfast was ok, nothing over the top but still enjoyable. You can buy one way bus tickets at the reception which saves you from searching for a ticket machine. There is a bus station just in front of the hotel and a metro station in a 10 minutes walking distance. But since the buses didn't drive on time at night we often had to walk from Roma termini and that took us around 40 minutes. That was a bit of a hassle, but nothing the hotel could do about. All in all we had a very comfortable stay there! I would definitely recommend it to others!

I wish we had a free bottle of water in the room since it's a 3 star hotel. And the policy about washing the towels every 3 day was a bit strange too. But aside from that, we have nothing to complain.
