The bartender was very friendly and kind. Enjoying delicious cold cuts and cheese and mixed drinks at the pool. Big pool with both shallow and deep ends equally split. Our room was spacious with a roomy balcony overlooking the pool. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Bathroom was roomy, water temperature was good. Nice to be able to watch youtube. Many outlets in the room. Not having to bend down to access the fridge. Clothes drawers. Plenty of desktop surface to lay items down on. Large windows.

Scary elevator (door bangs open each time, enough to shake the cab). Lack of full restaurant in hotel, and poor choices immediately in area. Scary walk to get to Old Wild West restaurant. Almost an hour wait in the lobby to get our room despite arriving just past check-in time, then being given a key to a still occupied room. Hard mattress and flat pillows. Sink faucet too close to drain. Front desk men looking stressed and too busy looking like they are putting out fires; lacking kind and warm manner when I approach the counter with an issue or questions.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We highly appreciated the hotel staff, which was always really helpful and kind. The check-in with Mrs. Giuliana (I think that was her name, sorry if I remember it badly) was really fast, proffesional and helpful. Mrs. Giuliana answared on all of our questions and advised some really nice beached near by, which we visited and we were really satisfied. After the check-in a porter immediately took our baggages and took them to our room without any hesitations. We also really liked the pool, which was clean and warm. I also really need to highlight the cleanliness of hotel and work of their housekeepers during our stay. In the room you can find a smart TV with menu made visually to Midas Palace Hotel and we could even switch the menu to czech language. We also liked that not far from us was a giant "Panorama" supermarket, a gas station and a bus station that took us to the subway and then to the center and the sights. The free parking was also a pleasant bonus to our trip by car. Lastly I would like to thank very much to the hotel staff, that they helped us with storaging our ice sheets from our travelling fridge in their freezer, because it really helped us to keep perishable foods in cold our whole journey by car back to our home.

I just have a few small things to complain like scrambled eggs for breakfast, which didn't really taste like eggs and were more like a strange mushy mass and and the coffee didn't taste quite as I imagined. The light switch in our bathroom did not work as it should, sometimes we managed to turn the light off and on, but sometimes not, after reporting to the reception, the room was supposed to be maintained, but after that the situation was kinda the same. Since it was a holiday with my boyfriend, I tried to arrange a surprise for him in the room, to which one of the receptionists responded by offering various romantic packages. After I wanted to agree on his appearance, no one answered me and nothing was waiting for us in the room.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms are quite spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is also very good. Breakfast is also available every morning with a variety of options.

The long await when checking in as we had to wait for a few hours until we got our rooms. Rooms should be ready when arriving at the hotel as people arrive exhausted and we had to wait for long at the lobby.

It's a perfect place for relaxation. The pool is amazing, warm water and lots of space. The room is spacious and beautiful. I loved the fact that not only shampoo and shower gel were provided, but also a beautiful body lotion and hair conditioner. The staff is helpful, they speak fluent English and they helped us book a cab to the airport.

We didn't have any blankets. It's summer but it would still be nice to have some light blanket. The other issue is the location, because the connection between the city and the hotel isn't the best. We had to take the bus and then walk for 10-15 minutes next to the road. So, if you don't have a car and want to visit the center of the city you should figure out the transportation.

The staff were very helpful and prioritized my room for check in as my flight arrived in the morning. I was staying for a conference and the location suited me but if you are visiting Rome for pleasure I would stay somewhere more central. Otherwise the hotel itself is beautiful, the room immaculate and the breakfast delicious.

Jona a restaurant staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and had exceptional customer service. We loved going to the hotel restaurant for dinner each night.

The air-conditioning was not cool enough for my liking and the hotel was a little out of town, we would have preferred it to be a little closer to the inner city of Rome but it did have a bus and train service nearby.

Nice hotel, pool is the highlight. Well maintained and clean. Staff is awesome and helpful. Overall, an awesome stay in Rome

This property is really difficult to access when you are using public transport and carrying backpacks or heavy luggage. The closest bus stop is a 900m walk and is uphill all the way.
