Excellent family family hotel. Receptionist was very helpful and she managed connecting our two ordered rooms which was magnificent. Excellent large free carparking at premises which was wonderful for us arriving with our rental car Public bus transport just outside hotel premises Warm indoor pool and lovely outdoor pool to cool off in during extremely hot week with observed (snapchat filter) temperatures of 40 celcius. Crucial help from gift shop helped us access Colosseum for five just two hours after request during peak season (2nd week July). Was impossible to order online one week before, but male receptionist in gift shop just called and arranged official colloseum tickets. Impressing! Easy accessing airport with hotel airport taxi.

The bar staff, restaurant staff and gift shop staff were all very helpful. They made sure all our needs were met. The reception staff let the team down no information was given at check in the card and room number given. No information about time of breakfast or where breakfast was held given. They failed to inform us about the facilities such as the pool and spa. Reception staff were not interested at all. Collection of our bags from storage we had to wait for 10 minutes despite asking at reception again staff not very helpful.

The location is very good - €20 in a taxi will get you to the heart of the city. The room was comfortable as was the bed. The staff were courteous, friendly, informative, and efficient - no mean feat especially as the hotel was very busy. The breakfast was OK / Adequate. The hotel had an EV charger and lots of car parking spaces.

As mentioned the breakfast was only OK. We had dinner in the restaurant which took over an hour to arrive and was not good - but to be fair they had a technical issue in the kitchen that had to be rectified - taking time. The manager was very understanding and waived the cost due to the delay and quality.

On arrival from the airport even though we were early, the receptionist was able to let us have 1 of the rooms rooms so as to put all our luggage there. Breakfast was simply amazing and all the staff were really good. Unfortunately we did not try the pool since it was still a bit cold - but we intend to return and will definately have a go for either one of the pools available.. The room was so spacious that we had a sofa and 2 armchairs as well as a table - and the bed was really big too. All in all there was everything one would have asked for to make your stay a memorable one

There is nothing that we didn't like

some staff - restaurant mostly were a bit rude. we arrived at 945pm having travelled all day. the front desk told us to run thru and see if the restaurant would still serve us. What looked like senior staff were asked by the greeter and rudely made faces & gestures stating no, they were closing. We received cheese toasties at 10E each!! from the bar. A bit steep for a cheese toasties & some crisps but at that point we needed something. Other than that experience everyone else was lovely

We very much enjoyed our stay. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They even assisted in finding us a wonderful restaurant to eat at when we arrived late and not much was open. The pool/spa area was unique and relaxing. Most nights there was live music in the lobby bar which was a nice treat.

It was a bit further from Rome Centre than we expected however cabs were easy to find and inexpensive. The hotel also had a bus (for a fee) but the times didn’t work for us. The restaurant next door was one of our favorites and we went there twice so you can walk to a few places to eat.

Breakfast was nice. Several options. There is a shuttle that can take you to Vatican City or to the city Center.

Safe in room did not work; indoor pool doesn’t allow kids but it’s open until 20:30. Would have been great to know that at the time of booking.

The spa and treatments by marvellous Daniela, the spa pools and super outdoor pool, wonderful friendly staff -and delicious food and great service in the Papillion restaurant where we also invited friends to join us one evening. This was our third trip and overall a great experience. Thank you.

Only one thing - air conditioner blows out quite chilly air close to the nearest bed - some sort of screen or barrier might help. In our case the weather had cooled a bit so we were able to have our window open.

The breakfast was great. The downside was that it was mostly the American option. A more varied option would have been excellent. Nonetheless, breakfast and ambience were great every morning.

There was a lot of disturbance from the adjoining rooms and room upstairs. The sounds from the other rooms would always wake me up. Also I found it tricky adjusting the temperature of the room from time to time - it was sometimes hot at night

Great restaurants and the food was excellent. Wonderful amenities with beautiful grounds with a cruise ship atmosphere. All the staff were very friendly and were always there to answer questions and help us with whatever we needed.

Everything was excellent except the internet, which was very bad and the temperature in the room which could not be brought down to a comfortable level. Maybe this hotel does not have modern air conditioning and if it does our unit for sure was not working.
