location near Vatican and also all other tourist sites if you like walking a bit :) Luckily, Rome has so many beautiful places, ut is a sin to take a metro. Tip #1: the accomodation is located on the address,, building A (on your left side), third floor :) Tip #2: right under the stairs there is a perfect gelateria, totally fell in love

some may miss classic receptu on desk, but you will just let the hotel know your time of arrival and an emloyee will be waiting for you.

Self check-in smooth and fast. Responsive, polite and always available host. Great water pressure in the shower, double windows eliminate noise from the street.

The rooms isolation from neighbours and the coridor ...:( You hear anyone enter/exit their rooms, and the cleaning lady started talking loudly on the phone just behind our door around 9h... it was too early for us, given that we had no luck with the neighbouring room, a toddler used to bang on the wall and 'sing' till 1-1:30 am :( maybe he was jetlagged, poor kid, but that was not fun for us. We really lacked a good sleep.

Location is perfect if you plan to visit the Vatican Museums, it's a few meters from the entrance.

In Rome, depending on the type of property there are different city tax rates. But they charged us the same as if we were staying at a 5-star hotel, the highest amount possible. Yes, we knew we would have to pay city tax but didn't expect it to be so high, when it's basically a simple room not even bed and breakfast (no breakfast).

The location is perfect, close to the Vatican museum, and St.Peters Basilica . Cafes and restaurants nearby. The room is very clean and everyday cleaning service. Thank you for the host. He was very nice and kind, easy to communication and very quick to reply to any questions I had. It was comfortable and safe. I recommend it!

I chose Modern BnB because it is close to the Vatican Museum, but also to other attractions and the metro (4 min). The room was big and clean, which is very important to me. The staff cleaned it every day. The contact with the host was so easy via WhatsApp. He was so helpful with all the information about Rome, places. If I plan to go to Rome again, I would stay here again

Maybe change a type of door to help with the noise from the hall. But also have to mention that the host is not responsible for behavior of other guests

It was really nice to be so close to Vatican, the appartment is really good and fresh, it was nice that Alex provided the possibility to leave our luggage on the next day (after check out). He was really kind and friendly. Thanks a lot 😊

It wasn't easy to find the appartment because it is located where there are a lot of B&Bs so you have to call to Alex to know where to come, which doors, etc.

Great location. Right beside Vatican museum but also close to a local neighborhood with excellent cafes and restaurants with very reasonable prices away from the tourist areas where prices are higher. Also a short walk to the metro station.

Traffic noise at night/early morning.

A fantastic location, a comfortable room, and a really professional and straightforward host! everything is really close, and the Subway is only a few hundred meters from there. Perfect stay to explore Rome!

If you come in the winter and the weather is unexpectedly cold, the facility heats up a little slowly, but that is quite irregular to be very cold in Rome!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us tips what to visit in the city. It was really useful. The room was very nice. The location is calm and nice. Good Wi-fi. The staff even offered to us to leave our suitcase there after check-out and pick it up later.

The bathroom could be improved. It took quite a long time for the water to be hot in the shower.

Excellent location, good sized modern room, comfortable bed - room was clean and taken care of daily. Alex was a very good host, willing to assist.

I understand there is no breakfast, but at least a coffee machine should be present. Very low cost for the host that will add value. Also a bottle of water in the fridge is a nice gesture to the guest.
