It is a cheap hotel for exploring Rome. The kitchen and bathroom are cleaned (almost) every day. The bed is pleasantly hard, the hotel in Pisa had very soft beds (waterbed?) and I practically didn't sleep at all. Because of the tram on the main street, you can actually get to the city center quickly. However, this tram never ran, just like the Linea 3, which is popular with tourists and only a replacement bus ran. We always took bus Linea 409 from the hotel to the Arco Di Travertino subway station and then into the city center. And when it rains, the water is 30cm deep at many underpasses, so depending on the weather, you can't get far on foot. The 100-minute tickets can be bought in the Tabacchi shops. If you get on the 409 bus on the way home from Arco Di Travertino and don't get off immediately at the hotel, but drive a few stops further, there is a Lidl on the right where you can do some cheap shopping.

Only one of the two refrigerators has a freezer compartment, and it was always occupied by other guests. Unfortunately, there was no dishwasher, so everything had to be cleaned by hand. You have to pay the tourist tax separately shortly before arrival. But we were already in Italy in another city, and I don't actually take my bank access data with me when I travel. Luckily, the credit card worked. It would have been nice if there had been English-language TV programs and perhaps these had been laid out with program space. I tuned up to channel 200, but only found Italian programs. At the other two hotels we visited before, there were only Italian programs too. Maybe there are no English channels on the Italian cable network?

Nice economical place, located maybe 20-30 minutes by bus and metro from the main attractions, accessible also at night (by night buses). What was also interesting was that it's a bit on the side from touristic center, so you can feel a bit different face of Rome, also welcoming, with good food, more Italian language in the air and less tourism. Comfortable room and bed, easy check-in and check-out, common fridge and access to kitchen.

Walls and ceiling in the bathroom need an urgent renovation (shower, sink, toilet are ok).

Manager was very kind and helpful. grocery store nearby.

The location left a little to be desired, with very limited selection of restaurants besides curry. there were no checkout instructions, so we left the key in the room as we could not locate the manager when we were leaving. Very limited linens, and although we were charged for linens and towels, we never did receive new bed linens partway through the stay as stated in the reservation. We asked for clean towels and received 1 new towel for two people. Hand towels would have been nice and a floor mat as the bathroom was shared the floor was always soiled with shower water and dirt from shoes also creating a slipping hazard. The manager did a great job cleaning but a little more floor protection in the bathroom would be suggested.

Everything is very good, the property near of 2 supermarkets, one of the is opened 24 hours per 7 days per week, it has kitchen for cooking, you could catch the tram or bus 105 front of the property to Rome Termini (Central Station), economic price for stay per couple € 230 per 3 nights included tax city for couple from 31.12.2023 until 03.01.2024, quiet place, it was very good start for us

The apartment was easily accessible from the tram, the room was kept reasonably clean. The owner gave us a reccomendation for a good bakery around the corner that provided us with a lovely breakfast every morning - really worth the money. The trains were easy to figure out from our location.

The bathroom was shared with another couple who I think lived there - they weren't so friendly but kept to themselves. The only complaint was that the other couple smoked in the bathroom so there was cigarette ash on the floor and the bathroom mat needed to be cleaned properly. If you want to be more central, then book somewhere a bit closer to Rome city centre.

The feeling of a personal space, where no one disturbs you. Responsible and helpful staff. They helped me to fix the broken shower head extremely fast and without any questions or problems raised. That was very kind . Very nice and safe neighbourhood, but you need a half an hour to get to the centre by bus

Old paint on the walls

The price point was great, and the host was very communicative and responsive in regards to getting us checked in.

The location itself is a little over 5 minutes of a walk from any bus stop. This is perfectly fine, but an issue if you’re lugging around a bunch of stuff. Easily solved though if you take a ride share or cab.

-Very convenient, there are shops and 24/7 supermarket nearby. And also very close to bus stops and tram stations, can reach the city centre within 20 mins. And the surrounding community is safe. Very reasonable price with this location. -The staff is really helpful and nice. He helped us solved the problem of our plugs and electric fan. -Can see the flat is a little bit old-fashioned, but very clean and hygienic, the lobby and corridors in the building is also very clean.

-As the balcony is shared between two room, so some people may feel a bit uncomfortable (but it is okay for me) -The curtain is a roller blinds, so there are some small gaps between, it is good for ventilation but just a little bit considering about the privacy.

Clean, quiet, great room and bed, balcony, good kitchen....only thing -small shower cabin, so if you are big men it will be hard for you to take a shower, but if you are thin and average its ok. Location is ok for that money. You have bus station near. Host is flexible and good!

Small shower cabin, but if you are thin and average then its ok.

Good value for given money. Private bathroom and shared kitchen were okay.

It was too noisy because of neighbors. The bed is not high quality. Metro station is not so close.
