Very friendly staff. Nice room with a nice balcony. Nice place!

The cards of the room didn't work all the time. (this was very annoying) The room was nice, what I didn't like is that they gave us a room with a lot of noise in the morning starting from 6'oclock. Luckily they changed it after I complained.

Excellent value for the price point. Great breakfast, everything was clean, the neighbourhood is quiet, the staff is very polite and overall it was a good experience.

There were almost no toiletries, like cotton pads, ear buds etc.. I had requested a double bed, but got two twin beds so I couldn't sleep well with my partner.

Rooms are spacious enough, and the location is in the middle of residential area with some green areas nearby. Quiet and reasonably clean.

Worst experience with underground parking, which has really stiff and narrow "partially" scraped road surface at the corners. In the mornings, you need to either hurry or wait for the "laundry truck" parked to load / unload the towels and linens. Cannot pass if you drive some large SUVs or mini vans. The truckers told me to pass by their truck, after which my car got some scratches from the ivy-like plants along its walls of underground parking entry/exit. At least, the bigger SUVs and mini vans should be allowed to park "near the entry," where it was full of tourist buses and police transporters, as there were groups of police officers staying over night.

We very much liked the dinner in the 7th floor restaurant - extremely friendly staff and superb food (grilled vegetables, spaghetti all'amatriciana and sword fish, along with a lovely local wine). I had been in the Aran Park Hotel before but had no particular memories of it; this time my wife and I had a really good time there. And the bed was REALLY comfortable. The surroundings are very green (the more so as we happened to be there during a few rather rainy spring days).

The hotel is a bit of a huge block of concrete, thus not exactly appealing from an architectural point of view, but it is functional and practical, which makes the issue rather superficial. You don't stay in a hotel to look at it from outside, would you?

Food in restaurant was excellent, probably the broadest range of breakfast buffet offerings I have seen and catered for a number of international tastes. We had an evening meal there and the service and food were top class. For the price of the room, the balcony was an added bonus and it was nice to enjoy it in the early morning and early evening. Souvenir shop on the ground floor was nice and the lady running the shop was friendly, and no pressure to purchase there unlike many similar shops in the centre of Rome.

Not specific to this hotel it seems but facilities in the room are limited compared to UK standards: no kettle or iron/ironing board which seems normal for Italy.

Room was impeccably clean at our arrival and every day after cleaning. Staff was always helpful and accomodating, we didn't try breakfast, but dinner was good and reasonably priced, as was coffee which we got frequently :) Location was also good, close by bus to metro station and in calm part of city, about 1 hour travel by public transport to historic city center. Small shops and excellent local bakery within walking distance from hotel.

Bit noisy hallways on weekend days, but only until around midnight, which is to be expected, since people do like to party in Rome and come back late :)

The room had a fantastic view and even the hotel was very near to a bus stop (a 5 mins distance) where you can quickly go to the main bus terminus / metro station.

There where only a few things which I didn't like. One being that the door knob of our room was getting out of place and we told the reception plenty of times to come and fix it but no maitanance was done. The second thing which I think should have been done in a professional way was the check out. The receptionist just came and told us which number and to put the keys in a box, she didn't even bother to ask us how was our stay.

We really liked restaurant. Food was amazing and staff was professional. A specially waiter Danilo was very kind, helpful and professional. Same I can say about manager Nicola, professional, helpful and very polite. So restaurant 10 for sure. In reception I don't remember names but people were helpful and kind. Especially one lady, always smiling, positive and ready to help. Room service did good job as well, everyday was cleaned perfect. Some people write about bad location of hotel, I would say it's good place. 5 min to walk to take buss and after metro to center and it cost 1.50€.

We ordered room with one bed, we received two beds and as these beds were cheap quality one of us used to wake up in a gap between beds. Problems with elevator. Some times long time to wait.

It's very clean and the staff was nice and ready to help at any moment. Also, the place was nice and very quiet, best for relaxing and enjoying.

The only what I didn't like it's the sound of moving chairs and tables from the restaurant, we were on the 6th floor just below the restaurant and we couldn't sleep until they finish cleaning the restaurant after work that's mean around midnight and the early morning they start again with uncomfortable noise .
