Great place, very comfortable beds. There's a washing machine but drying clothes can be hard because of the cold in this time of year. Hosts are great and really helpful, communication is easy and fast. Apartment was super clean and everything was working well.

Location is ok, bus stops and train station nearby, but not so close to Rome's main attractions (better to go around the city using the subway as trains/buses are often late) Make sure you check the full price to avoid surprises (we paid about €50 just for tax. Booking website may sometimes not show the full price)

We had a great time in opera inn suites, we were greeted so well with help and even came with us and guided to find good safe parking. The shared kitchen had everything we needed, the bedroom was comfortable and was a good size. The bathroom was clean and worked well. The location is amazing it is so close to everything in rome. We loved it!

The stairs, we had a lot, including a wheelchair, it was a lot for some of the four to carry. But we did get help when we arrived and it was so worth it! It not that high up 3 flights of stairs and next door to the Vatican and about 17 euro taxi ride from Trevi and the city center.

We had a lovely time here. The appartment was clean and great, even bigger than expected, fully equiped, even a washing machine. The location is wonderfull, you are at St Peters square in 7 minutes walking distance. There is a well equiped supermarket next door, and several restaurants in the area.

The only detail that I was missing were some teatowels, there is a drying rack but for quickly drying something there was nothing. But this is just a minor detail compared to the rest

The place is great for a shorter trip. We loved the location since the area is very well conected to the city centre and easy to arrive from the Fiumicino airport (train station is few minutes away). Vatican city is also in the same area. Hosts are super kind, responsive and welcoming.

The bathroom was quite small (yet funcional) and at some ocasions we felt bad smells coming from the toilete. Anyhow, not something that imapcted much our stay.

The accommodation is in an excellent location, five minutes from the Vatican. Dennis was very kind and nice, we got everything we asked for right away. All praise for his work. The beds are comfortable, and the area where the accommodation is located is quite quiet.

The bathroom, especially the shower cabin, is quite small.

We were delighted by such a nice, clean and comfy place to stay. Place is in the great location, just a few minutes from Vatican. There is supermarket next to the apartment. We felt like at home. Kitchen has everything what is needed and coffee as bonus😁 Marco and Giovanni are super nice, and always ready to help. They allowed us to leave luggage there after check out. I will choose this again for sure👍

Is easy to reach the Vatican. Great location. The train takes you from the airport to the house in 50 min a few steps of the station. Very clean and comfortable

Late check in has additional charge; I don’t understand why if you are paying a room , you also has additional fees to get into late, they’re not loosing anything with it

Nice and safe building, good location for exploring Rome near Vatican and Trastevere, easy access with bus lines. Clean sheets and kitchen access. Kind staff and special thanks to Giovanni who waited us until midnight duento late flight.

Everything is nice.

The room was fantastic for 3 people! The kitchen was exceptional, very well equipped. It felt like it was only ours due to the other occupants not using it. The location was amazing! 10 minute walk from St Peters Basilica, around 45 minute walk to the Colosseum… lots of restaurants around the property too! Marco is a great host!

You can really hear the other residents of Opera Inn. Not great if you like an early night… this isn’t a major problem though!
