The supermarket right next to the apartment was amazing to quickly get breakfast and snacks. Also the bus station is very close by that can bring you to either a train station or the center of the city, even though we walked most of the time, it was good to know that we had the option if we needed it. And the Garage Forno just across the street is a great opportunity for take away pizza to eat in the apartment on lazy evenings

The shower cabin was a little small and the shower head was not adjustable in height, so showering without washing your hair was a bit of a challenge.

Property was located very near the Vatican and had the metro and bus stop around the corner. The supermarket is also beside it so it was very convenient! Marco and Giovanni were pleasant to consult with. The quadruple room is enough for a family of 4 (just need some of the luggages to be closed to make space) and there’s a common kitchen where you can make coffee/tea.

None! I would book here again. I say just need to carry luggage up the stairs since there’s no lift at the property.

Great place, very comfortable beds. There's a washing machine but drying clothes can be hard because of the cold in this time of year. Hosts are great and really helpful, communication is easy and fast. Apartment was super clean and everything was working well.

Location is ok, bus stops and train station nearby, but not so close to Rome's main attractions (better to go around the city using the subway as trains/buses are often late) Make sure you check the full price to avoid surprises (we paid about €50 just for tax. Booking website may sometimes not show the full price)

Great reception from the property manager, Giovanni. Well organised place with nice amenities, successfully got my request for 2 separate beds. Great bus connection less than a minute away into centre city and a convenience store right next door.

Walls were a bit hollow so easy for others to hear us and us to hear them, but was only occasionally an issue, and shower was a bit annoying to use as it took a while to get hot water.

The location is fantastic for sight seeing, especially for the Vatican city. It was easy to get to public transport and some nice local restaurants. The bakery across the road is superb especially the chocolate filled croissant. The accommodation is well equipped and Giovanni was a welcoming host with some great advice on where to go and where to avoid.

The bed was a little hard for my liking and shower could do with an up grade.

We had a great time in opera inn suites, we were greeted so well with help and even came with us and guided to find good safe parking. The shared kitchen had everything we needed, the bedroom was comfortable and was a good size. The bathroom was clean and worked well. The location is amazing it is so close to everything in rome. We loved it!

The stairs, we had a lot, including a wheelchair, it was a lot for some of the four to carry. But we did get help when we arrived and it was so worth it! It not that high up 3 flights of stairs and next door to the Vatican and about 17 euro taxi ride from Trevi and the city center.

Very close to St Pietro. This was the reason to chose the place. Convenient, the supermarket is right downstairs, and you can use the kitchen which is nice. Bus station and a train station (not Termini) nearby, easy to get to all the spots in the city and we took the train to the airport once too.

The room for 4 people was quite small. And the elevator doesn't arrive at the apartment.

Location was great, walking distance to St Peter’s and Vatican; set-up and decor of facilities was beautiful; the beds were comfortable; the facilities were very safe with multiple locks to ensure security. Owner was responsive and polite.

The coffee machine wasn’t functioning and there was no ac in the kitchen, but otherwise, very clean and organized. The bathroom was a bit small, the shower especially.

We had a lovely time here. The appartment was clean and great, even bigger than expected, fully equiped, even a washing machine. The location is wonderfull, you are at St Peters square in 7 minutes walking distance. There is a well equiped supermarket next door, and several restaurants in the area.

The only detail that I was missing were some teatowels, there is a drying rack but for quickly drying something there was nothing. But this is just a minor detail compared to the rest

The place is great for a shorter trip. We loved the location since the area is very well conected to the city centre and easy to arrive from the Fiumicino airport (train station is few minutes away). Vatican city is also in the same area. Hosts are super kind, responsive and welcoming.

The bathroom was quite small (yet funcional) and at some ocasions we felt bad smells coming from the toilete. Anyhow, not something that imapcted much our stay.
