Excellent location. Near tourist spots like Spanish steps, restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Decent sized rooms with ample amenities. Owner and/or manager as well as the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The suites is like an Airbnb setup. There was no elevator. Since Rome was the last leg of our trip, we had to carry our almost full medium-large sized luggages up a few flights of stairs with no assistance. This was a big issue for us because we were with 2 senior citizens. Although the place was a bit inaccessible to vehicles due to it located in a small alley, we actually like it away from the crowded places. It made you feel like you were one of the locals. There was little to no signal inside the rooms including wifi. The heater in the shower area was difficult to use. The included breakfast was mediocre. TV remote wasn't working properly.

Clean, very close to Plaza Navona, and great restaurants, very nice colonial feeling while walking on the street, very close and convenient supermarket. Decent walking distance to Parthenon, Trevi Fountain, and the Spanish steps. I have to mention there are 2 very good restaurants as soon as you walk out from the apartment where you need reservation- very good by the way- one of them you pay $23.80 and you eat and drink everything you want ( wine included)

Need some TLC, beds were not as comfortable just ok. Communication with management was very uncertainty because we have booked at one place and end up being in other, so we have to pay extra for our luggage to be dropped off to the “casita” as they called it. Not a pleasant experience since it is not a nice move trying to fit 6 large suitcases and 5 people in a car/ van more because you are in a city that we didn’t know the system and traditions. Not elevator. 😒

Location was great for getting to and from big tourist sites. Lots of food options for eating out close by (lots that don't even show up on map when searching) and grocery store literally around corner to purchase food and cook. We were on the top floor, so it was a hike up the stairs, but worth it for the location. Air conditioning worked well. Washer was great with a nice set up for drying clothes. We left very early for the Vatican on check-out day and Roberto graciously allowed us to store our luggage in the office until we returned later. Room was plenty big for all 7 of us. The ride the hotel arranged for us worked out great - driver even waited over an hour as we were stuck in Passport Control due to traveling with our young children.

The futon bed in living room needs a little TLC, but plenty of blankets were provided to make it more comfortable. We arrived late at night and they had the bed all set up for us which was very much appreciated after a long day of travel!

Location was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was big and modern. Close to taxi stand, metro, grocery store, restaurants and Spanish steps.

Place looks rundown and drab compared to photos. Floors were dirty and some things were dusty. Needed to request extra linens since one of the beds was not made up. We knew there was no lift, and it is a lot of stairs, but we were fine. Head clearance was an issue, though. Leaving the appartment my son hit his head on a cememt beam going down the stairs and he's less than 6 feet tall. It should have a yellow caution tape as a warning.

the hotel was very good, it is located in the center of Rome, the distances to the attractions were very close, the staff was perfect, the breakfast was very good and on time, I highly recommend it

unfortunately the city has a lot of unpleasant surprises, it needs a lot of attention because many taxi drivers steal from tourists, we lost 60 euros, the distance from the colosseum to the vatican costs 14 euros, he showed us his mobile phone, which said 29 euros, and when we gave him 50 euros, he skillfully changed it to 10 euros and in a shop on via del corso they gave two different shoes for which he paid 35 euros

We especially loved the location! On a quiet side street, within a block or two of the Spanish steps. Everything was within walking distance. Nice, updated shower and bathroom. Bed was pretty comfortable. Roberto was prompt with all communication and we enjoyed breakfast brought to our door each morning - although we had to skip it once due to early morning tours. There’s a little market just down the street, only open during mornings and lunch, where we bought fresh fruit, vegetables, and slices of pizza for lunch. There’s a taxi stand just around the corner, which we used for our early morning Vatican tour, then walked back afterwards. We took a taxi from the airport when we arrived, which was a great decision. Fifty euros well spent. Our driver brought us to our hotel door, we were able to leave our luggage at the reception desk until checkin, then set off to explore the area. The two flights of stairs to our room was just about what we could manage comfortably. The location is the best part - on the edge of the posh shopping streets and much pricier hotels, but still reasonable.

We loved the space to accommodate our family of 5. Plenty of room and extra amenities too like extra towels and toiletries and fans! And you cannot beat the location! Very easy to get to all of our tours and restaurants, etc.

Communication was challenging at times-very responsive during the day, but we had an issue with our key working in the evening and we could not get in touch with our host for over an hour. It all worked out eventually but we were so nervous that we would not be able to get into our room for the night.

The property was lovely and spacious. Two bathrooms so was comfortable for three of us to share. The property was very clean. The staff were very helpful via communication through WhatsApp and were prompt to reply to requests. Really nice location to walk everywhere, but in a more quiet side street. We enjoyed coming back to the area after battling the busy crowds in Rome.

The property was a bit more run down compared to the photos. I think a fresh paint job would make a big difference. We also didn’t know about the tourist tax you have to leave in cash before you check out.

Location was great! It’s near all the tourist attractions! Staff are excellent . Francesca was so kind to let us do early check in . She made sure we are comfortable and always ask if we need something . I told her we have to leave early and she made sure our breakfast is ready at 7:30(Bfast 8-10) Karen was exceptionally attentive to our needs also . I will definitely recommend this place to my friends .

Nothing really that I can think of !

The location of the B&B was excellent, a few minutes walk from Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Navona and Fontana di Trevi. The room we stayed in was small but with everything needed for a short stay. The breakfast consisted mainly of croissant and cappuccino but we enjoyed the fact that it was served in the room… The host was friendly and nice!

The fact that we could hear every noise, from the thin walls but it was not a real problem!
