Room was comfortable, A/C worked well, breakfast was great, hotel was clean and quiet, and the location was perfect; a close walk to sights, restaurants, stores, transportation. Staff was very polite and friendly. We arrived after hours and getting into the hotel and room was easy thanks to the hotel’s instructions.

The location is fabulous, great area and quite central. We walked less than 10 min and found a scooter to rent (recommended to see the most of Rome in a few days).

We had the room close to the reception and were waken up by the noise of conversations (check-ins, activities reservations, etc.) at 8.00 a.m. I would recommend to avoid rooms 101 and 102.

Loved this hotel! The room was spacious and clean. The cleaners also did a fantastic job with the room service each day. I brought my laptop with me to watch Netflix when i was relaxing in my room but to my surprise the room already had a tv with Netflix installed on it. The hotel provides complimentary breakfast bits such as delicious croissants and doughnuts and they have a coffee machine which is free to use which i thought was a really nice touch. Overall a fantastic hotel and value for money.

The walls seemed a little thin in the hotel and i could hear the people in the room beside me quite clearly for the last night.

We loved the hotel. The location was perfect and we can walk around to all the interesting sites. We felt the Italian atmosphere at this place from the design to the views of the streets at the heart of Rome. The room was lovely and comfortable and very well designed and very clean. The bathroom was great and it felt like the place was recently renovated and everything was in good shape. We got new bottles of water and soda everyday and bathroom supply. It seems they did everything to let you feel comfortable and happy. The staff was so kind and helpful and we enjoyed every minute at this place and we will defiantly come back when in Rome.

They turn the coffee machine off after breakfast time but there's no coffee machine in the rooms. As an early riser this means i couldnt get coffee when i woke up. It would be so much better if you could use the coffee machine throughout the daytime. There is nothing particularly wrong with the rooms, very clean and neat but somehow online they look much more luxurious. I'm glad I got a big discount, I would be dissapointed if I'd paid full price.

Cute boutique hotel. Felt like we were the only ones there for the first couple of days. Very little foot traffic in and out of the hotel, granted we were out exploring most of the day and evening.The location was perfect. You could almost anywhere within the 10 to 15 minutes with the exception of a few places. Stefanie, at the front desk was amazing as well. She organized our transportation from the airport and to the train station. Spoke with us verbally and followed up with an email just to confirm what we spoke about.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Rome so much we did not want to leave! These luxury suites were beautifully designed and the bed was so comfortable. When we checked in we kept in contact with Stefanie (receptionist/concierge) who guided us to checking into our room late in the evening and she was just super helpful throughout our trip! We originally had a double room booked, however we were upgraded to the junior suite which we were really happy with. Would also like to thank Matteo as well in giving us some delicious places to eat! Highly recommend this gem in Rome as its also very close to the centre! 10/10

Nothing at all!

This place is truly exceptional. The staff is so unbelievably helpful, which is so great if you're traveling to Rome for the first time/don't speak the language. The room/apartment was just so lovely, relaxing, spacious, clean, and the air conditioning was sublime (really important bx most places in Europe that are air conditioned aren't necessarily cool). They left water for you, which was so nice. Stefanie made sure we got to our ride to the airport on time--and so thankful that she did bx the lines at the airport were horrible. She also suggested a great spot to visit. I'd seen it in the tour books, but totally forgot about it. It was well worth it. We ordered food delivered our last night and they didn't bring us any forks. When we messaged to see if there were any on the property, someone brought us a fork. Just beyond helpful.

There was nothing I didn't like. Everything was amazing

Stefanie was super helpful and responsive in the lead up to our visit and during our stay. The room was very freshly renovated to a high standard, very comfortable and well appointed. This definitely has to be the nicest area of Rome - so much to explore within walking distance, amazing food, wine and shopping - and it all felt very safe. A bonus 24 hour coffee machine (good quality!) and pastries served each morning to all guests. This would be our first choice in returning to Rome. We also used their preferred private driving service which was reliable with nice Mercedes vehicles and only 20 euros more than a standard taxi.

Pillows a little firm, but this seems a standard fixture in Europe - and I am sure they would have addressed this if we had raised it.

Amazing coffee room with self serve Espresso machine. The espresso was authentic Italian delicious. Assorted pastries and tea were also available. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and central for walking most places. Staff were on site during the day and very helpful. It was a bit noisy late in the evening as our room over looked a side street/ally but we were in the heart of the city so to be expected. We would stay here again as it was so close to all the main attractions and incredible restaurants.
