Loved this hotel! The room was spacious and clean. The cleaners also did a fantastic job with the room service each day. I brought my laptop with me to watch Netflix when i was relaxing in my room but to my surprise the room already had a tv with Netflix installed on it. The hotel provides complimentary breakfast bits such as delicious croissants and doughnuts and they have a coffee machine which is free to use which i thought was a really nice touch. Overall a fantastic hotel and value for money.

The walls seemed a little thin in the hotel and i could hear the people in the room beside me quite clearly for the last night.

I would like to thank the receptionist (Stefanie), she was very helpful and professional,she helped us to much. The hotel location was excellent,and I arrived to late but the check in was very easy and simple. I will visit the hotel again anytime I come to Rome ,and I will advise all friends to go there

Excellent location-so close to Piazza Spagna, Piazza Popolo and Trevi Fountain. Also only a 20 minute walk across the river to the Vatican. Stephanie and Patricia very kind and welcoming - always so polite and helpful. They took care of my baggage during the day as my flight was not until later that night which was wonderful. Relatively new property with a very modern and stylish bathroom which is nit always the case in Italy. A really lovely property and I hope to return! Thank you ladies!

Nothing really-everything was wonderful! When I checked in I was concerned about scaffolding at the back but there really wasn’t any noise to speak of.

We stayed in March and came without high expectations, but in the end we loved everything. Accommodation is located in the heart of Rome, within a very short walking distance to Spanish Stairs (5 min) and Fontana di Trevi (10 min). The building is old, but very well maintained with new furniture to the rooms. The room was tall and beautiful, with a very nice ceiling, exactly as the photos suggest. Everything was very clean and tidy. Staff was friendly, Stefanie and Ana helped with all the information we needed and offered us a small breakfast with coffee and croissants in the morning, free of charge.

Nice small hotel in the city center, walking distance from all major sightseeing spots. Very friendly and polite staff and small breakfast (pastries and coffee/tea) offered daily for free.

Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, giving me and my husband neck and back pain every morning. Would appreciate a better arranged storage space too. Also cleaning could be improved - while overall the room was pretty clean, you could see lots of dust at the back of the bathroom shelve and the door, there was also someone's contact lens on one of the wine glasses in the room after the cleaning service.

The room and toilet was a good size and not squeezy at all like some newer properties tend to be. Really appreciated the complimentary coffee/pastries for breakfast and bottled water refilled daily. And there was Netflix which I enjoyed relaxing to after a long day of sightseeing. Location was EXCELLENT with a supermarket right beside it and short walk from the best shopping streets in Rome and the Spagna metro station. Most of the other attractions are also an easy 20-30 mins walk away. The hotel staff also helped make it a lovely stay: they were professional, helpful and friendly. A shout out to Stefanie who was an absolute gem.

The hotel was lovely, clean, spacious, perfectly situated between all the attractions and staff where exceptional, Stefanie and Matteo helped with everything we asked for, answered any questions we had promptly through WhatsApp messenger while we were out and about, and just genuinely good people. We have a special thank you towards Jake, our pre-booked taxi let us down the afternoon of our flight home, Jake went above and beyond to help us. Little did we know this was the day of the Rome marathon and it was nearly impossible to get a taxi at such short notice, but he went outside and started to try and flag down a taxi for us, after 20 minutes and a hell of a lot of taxis later he caught us one, he was fantastic. We really appreciated all the help. If we were to ever visit Rome again, Tree charme would be our hotel of choice.

The location is phenomenal. Located in a great neighborhood nearby a ton of shopping and the Spanish Stairs. We enjoyed the privacy and personal touch of this boutique hotel. Staff was overly helpful and assisted with luggage as the lift is located up a flight of stairs. The room was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the light breakfast and cappuccino. Our shower didn’t drain efficiently but it’s definitely bearable. AC worked great as well. We would definitely stay again when visiting Roma.

The location couldn`t be better, 5 minutes from the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. Host of good restaurants nearby The accommodation has been throughtfully converted to a high standard, everything looks good and works well. The staff, in partuclar, Stefame, were very helpful and friendly. The handling of our arrival and arranging a taxi to and from the airport was all handled very professionally

We stayed for a week, so should`ve ordered a larger room, but that is our own mis-management!

Loved our stay. Unfortunately my husband become unwell and I can’t thank the staff/receptionist enough for all their help. They helped organised home doctor, taxis, provided us with knowledgeable directions for everything. We’re very thankful for their help. Wonderful people and lovely place to stay. Very safe and secure. They’re very responsive on WhatsApp, was speaking with a staff member till 11pm at night as they organised medical assistance for us.
