Great location.

We were told that we could keep the luggage at the reception till 7pm. But on the day we leave the person at the recwption told we could keep it till 3pm. When i rwminded what was told before then she nwgotiated for 4pm. A staff can ruin a perfect review to an ok one

Location is perfect and the hosts were always available (and prompt) via text to help out with bookings and recommendations. The apartment was clean and the amenities worked out well. Doesn't have all the bells and whistles of a full blown hotel, but that's not why you want this hotel. Perfect for families, groups, and those that place value on the services that make for a great visit: location, prompt service, recommendations, and cleanliness. Would absolutely stay here again.

The hot water ran out extremely fast. For a group of four, only 1-2 people had enough hot water for quick showers.

The housing location is excellent. to note the proximity of the government offices so that the many police officers add security. The staff handled our requests politely and promptly. The apartment is large, spacious, clean and contains a variety of accessories. If you come to Rome then Oriana Homel is the choice.

The apartment was spacious and clean. The location was absolutely perfect, roughly 30-40 minutes walking distance to all the main sites. There is the shopping district right outside the door, a taxi stand and bus stand also. Fantastic local restaurants around and the staff were fantastic in providing great recommendations about where to visit and where to eat. The apartment was great to rest in between the day, air-conditioned and refreshing. Highly recommend this place to stay whilst in Rome. I would stay here again on my next visit.

Excellent location and very clean and nice apartment right in the heart of Rome yet conveniently in a quote spot. The apartment is walking distance from most major attractions. The hosts were very helpful throughout the stay, and the apartment has excellent amenities.

Though it may be temporary but there is ongoing renovation in some of the neighboring apartments, which made the constant drilling noises quite annoying.

there is a big team helping with the apartment with any need they even kept our suitcases for 2 days when we traveled to another city amazing peoples amazing apartment really nice bedroom spacey and nice and large bed king size the kitchen have all the accessories thank you Oriana team for an amazing stay 🙏👏

The location is the most wonderful thing about this place, it’s literally in the middle of Rome, walking distance from many main touristic attractions, the staff was very helpful and kind, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, bathroom is huge with full amenities, air condition works very well which was a great addition as we stayed there in the last week of July.

Very clean modern and spacious unit, top of the line kitchen & bathroom., High ceilings apartment with various balconies and in excellent location., Elevator in bldg., very clean & well-maintained building, the host was simply a sweetheart that assisted me for every request, she even got me a private driver to take me to the airport upon departure as there was a 48-hour taxi strike in Rome. I strongly recommend this apartment and the host made the whole experience more pleasant which personally is what I'm pursuing when on vacations with my loved ones.

Even though the 3 A/C split units looked pretty new they were not cooling as expected and one was not cooling at all (there were 2 fans in this room), though during my stay weather in Rome was extremely hot and I'm sure that didn't help. either. Other than this a/c matter everything else was great and again the host was formidable! Thanks!!

Loved receiving the Whatsapp message with all of the directions to follow on arrival, the room was fantastic and the location could not have been better, we were able to walk to all the attractions.

The only room for improvement would have been to have an iron and cleaning products in the room as the room is not serviced daily.

It was a nice holiday, thank you) we lived right in the centre and all the sights were in 5/20 minutes walking from us! The people were nice, we had a problem with air conditioner but they fixed it very fast! Just one thing we missed it was a sofa, we had it but too small for two siting, but it wasn’t a big problem. Also terrace was nice, having dinner there was great:)
