- location (we went all over Rome on foot); - cleaning (vacuumed, washed floor, visually clean bathroom and that's it); - staff (special thanks to the woman from the reception (I don’t remember her name, a pretty brunette) for her help and travel advice); - breakfast (in general the breakfast was delicious, but...).

- cleaning (the dust was not wiped even once for the whole week; instead of a duvet cover, we had two sheets and a blanket between them - it's a little bit uncomfortable); - staff (the receptionist who met us had poor English, we barely understood each other); - breakfast (... but the omelet was like rubber); - wifi (unstable, it was difficult to talk on Whatsapp (for example) and we couldn't make two calls at the same time); - the door handles in the bathroom were not fixed properly. Each time opening and closing the door, they remained in the hand.

The hotel is centrally located and has a nice feel to it. The room was spacious and comfortable. Maybe a tad loud as we could hear people in the street.

Some of the staff were rude. The red haired lady in the breakfast room was unfriendly , and snapped at me because I asked if there was a table for two (breakfast room was always overcrowded). She said: you all came down at the same time, of course we don’t have tables!! On the other hand, food was good but we only managed to get breakfast 2 days out of 4 because there were too many people the the restaurant was tiny. Check-out was OK. The person that took the payment dis not even thanked us for staying. He had a miserable face and was somewhat bothered by the fact that we were giving him some work, i.e. take the last payment and issue a little receipt.

Location was close to attractions we wanted to visit. Breakfast exceeded our expectations. We expected a sparse European breakfast, but instead they had fruit, cereal, yogurt, eggs, bacon, pastries, etc., all the things you would expect from choices in a US hotel. Elevator worked as it should, unlike some places we have stayed in Italy. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Front desk was unable to get us a cab to train station during busy morning hours. This is not a reflection on them as it is just a problem at times in Rome. We walked to a nearby taxi stand and still waited 15-20 min for a taxi with others. Just leave plenty of time to make connections at certain times of the day.

The location couldn’t be better, the staff was very very friendly and helpful, and our room was quiet. The price was very good for the location.

The bed was not the most comfortable, although adequate. The staff immediately gave us additional padding for the bed though, and that solved it for us. The bathroom is quite small to navigate around. The breakfast is relatively mediocre, but when you live in a 50 metre radius from the crazy good sandwich shops that the area has to offer, it doesn’t really matter.

Hotel is very central to many attractions such as trevi fountain ~2 min walk, spanish steps, ~10 min walk, via corso is like 10 min away if you wanna do shopping. Breakfast was great, lots of options! Room was clean, spacious, modern, and comfortable. Hotel staff was so helpful! they ordered me a Taxi to visit Vatican city and to go to airport at 4 am. I think it's a great choice for families!

The room temperature was a bit warm for my personal preference and had to open the windows; they do have a ventilator unit in the room but i did not find it helpful.

The location was great, the bathroom modern, and restaurants and the attractions so close. Just to the end of the street, the Trevi fountain, and lots of shops and stalls. Right in the hub of the tourist area Staff are professional and helpful, breakfast was reasonable. Lovely restaurant across the road, and many to choose from at the end of the street and around the corner

I asked for twin beds, so the beds were separated however the mattress was centred /not sure so I kept rolling off the bed, so we joined the beds for stability.

The location of the property is awesome. Literally near the Trevi fountain. Walkable to the spanish steps and partgenon. The collesium is a short ride away. The area has very nice restaurants

They have no iron box in the rooms and also refuse to provide one on request. Not sure if it is a city rule. We were told the laundry service will press our clothes but they had such inconvenient working hours and were also not prompt causing us to miss our pre booked vatican tour

The location is perfect, 2 minutes from the famous Trevi fountain, a walk distance from most of Rome's landmarks. Very helpful staff and a nice view from the Superior Double room Modern and well-designed hotel They were beneficial in early check-in Room service is great

Breakfast can be improved, would say: basic - breakfast, but nice overall. The regular twin room had a window towards other rooms (no view)

Very clean and comfortable and the location is unbeatable. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The water pressure is truly impressive. Having long hair I am used to having trouble getting shampoo out of my hair in hotel showers. That was definitely not a problem with this shower. It was excellent!! I could have power washed my deck with that shower! It was definitely the best I have ever found at a hotel.

The location was perfect. Right next to the Trevi Fountain. The breakfast was nice to have included. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were great. We also like all the bathroom products.

We would have like to have some different options for the breakfast. It was the same thing everyday. It would have been nice to have some authentic Italian cuisine for breakfast.
