the staff. they really made all the difference! Madeleine, from the restaurant was simply wonderful. She accepted us even we were late and made sure that we had proper breakfast. special thanks ! All the other were very responsive and helpful too. And we received complimentary room upgrade upon the arrival from Pamela which made our stay so much more comfortable. so, many thanks to all the team!!!!

there was no indication on booking.com that the terrace will be seasonally closed. the weather was bad anyways, but i think this information should be disclosed. also, this is a really luxurious hotel which you can definitely enjoy as a couple or solo traveling. less suits family with kids .

I loved how we have been welcomed by the person at the reception (thank you), I loved the localisation, how the room was decorated and so clean. It’s brand new and all furnitures, tub, shower are really nice. Yes the room is small but the decoration is so great with many mirrors that you feel in a cosy place. A fantastic quite terrasse well exposed. I strongly recommend and I will be back, for sure.

The hotel is truly stunning. Elegantly and tastefully decorated with a generous helping of luxury. We were welcomed kindly and all the staff were helpful, polite and personable. We all agreed Palazzo Nainer exceeded our expectations and the real experience is even better than the beautiful pictures you'll see on the website. The location is excellent and walking distance to all the main attractions including the Spanish Steps and terrific cafes, restaurants and boutiques. Our room was stunning and it was kept spotless during the entire stay. You must check out the rooftop garden and bar. This must be one of the best 360 views in Rome!We felt very special and spoiled at Palazzo Nainer and will certainly think of this as our go to hotel now in Rome!

the property was very modern, but very tastefully decorated, making it feel very luxurious. the locAtion was incredible, steps away from some of Rome’s main attractions. the terrace bar was very comfortable and created a great atmosphere. the staff were very friendly and accomodating also. our room was a fantastic size and always kept clean by the staff.

We chose to stay at the Palazzo Nainer for the final leg of our honeymoon and it did not disappoint! The location was perfect: close to the Flaminio metro station and metres away from Piazza del Popolo, as well as all the touristic sites being close enough to see. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming, the hotel was absolutely spotless and though we chose the smallest room, we have so much room! Our buffet breakfast was incredible, where we were so well looked after by the staff. Our favourite moment was in the bar, where we had such a lovely chat with the bar man who made us feel so welcome. We can not fault this hotel, it was the perfect place to stay to finish off our honeymoon!

We have stayed for 6 nights and it has been an excellent experience in every way. The location was perfect close to touristic attractions, shopping streets and restaurants. The hotel is very modern and super clean but the best of all was how wonderful and welcoming are the staff specially Madeleine with her beautiful smile, Sandro whom been very helpful and attentive, Alex whom I would say was our (vacation designer) and last but not least the hotel manager Pamela who looked after every detail to make sure that our stay is comfortable. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to come to Rome.

A most enjoyable stay : exceptional location of the hotel, next to most the main places-to-see in the City ; spacious, stylish, perfectly clean and well-decorated rooms (we had been upgraded at our arrival), splendid roof-top bar and terrace, with a delightful view at Rome-by-night. To make it short : a perfect venue for one idyllic week of tourism in Rome. All staff members were amazing and went out of their way to help us, with two special mentions: • One for Madelaine, whose effectiveness and smile have made each of our high-standard breakfasts a memorable way to start our daily visits in Rome. • and one for Alessandro, at Front Desk, amazingly helpful and friendly, who found a smart solution to each of our on-line/administrative problems.

If I really must find something negative, I would mention the opening hours of the Roof-top Bar, apparently not accessible in the day

The location doesn’t get any better. This is the Center of the Center! The service is beyond good. The staff is super friendly and all smiles! Patricia is superb! Another gentleman was super helpful with restaurant reservations (sorry didn’t remember the name). Madeline at the breakfast buffet has an infectious positive energy and she is wonderful! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AT THIS HOTEL WHEN IN ROME. I know I will not stay anywhere else! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! What a great staff!

We had a room for 4 so of course one of the beds was a sofa bed. I would have preferred a regular bed for my kids but I know that is almost never available.
