Very clean, comfortable rooms, good breakfast (especially ham&eggs omelette- eggs are prepared for each individual guest, which is a treat per se), excellent position- walking distance to the Vatican, near Metro station. Super friendly and nice owners and staff- I felt like a friend on a visit, not just a random guest. Plenty of great places to eat nearby (including Bonci’s Pizzarium cca 15min walking distance).

Nothing really, everything was great. N. B. Rome itself is a very loud and dirty city. If you are a light sleeper, bring your ear-buds. Also you just have to get used to the garbage lying everywhere on the streets of Rome. Both-noise and garbage-aren’t really sth. that owners of this B&B can solve themselves. Once you acknowledge this, Rome will get under your skin and it will become an unforgettable experience.

Absolutely loved this little gem of a place. Less than 10 minutes walk to the Vatican. 30 minutes to Pantheon (not in the August heat though). There is a metro station 1 minute walk away, though it's being refurbished at the moment. And a fresh water drinks fountain right outside the door. Plenty of restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk. The hosts are wonderful and helpful. Couldn't do enough for you. The room was clean and a good size for our family. Use of a kitchen if needed. No sign outside but the satnav will take you straight to it and if you look at pictures of the property you will see exactly which it is. We would absolutely stay here again.

There was nothing we didn't like as such, but I would have preferred to have a mirror outside the bathroom which would have made getting ready all at the same time easier. I think our room would have benefited from curtains that didn't let as much light in when the sun rises, but both are purely preference.

QuodLibet was more than we expected. Gianluca and his wife really take care of the B&B: rooms are comfy and always cleaned (this was one of the most important thing for us as we have a baby), the bathroom was big and shining, we asked for a bed for our baby and a clothesline (to let dry our baby stuffs just in case) and the owners provided us with everything we needed. There is a small kitchen in the B&B available for everyone, very useful. The terrace on the roof was awesome, it seemed to stay into a garden far away from the noisy city. The breakfast was very abundant: eggs cooked every morning in front of us, fresh croissants, yogurt, cappuccino and a lot more (there was even a gluten free selection). We had always the feeling to be at home: Gianluca gave us a very warm welcome, with useful suggestions about the city, restaurants, and a lot more, he was always interested and smiling :) And of course the location is excellent, the B&B is at 10 mn walk from Vatican and 2 mn walk from Metro Ottaviano. We will definitely come back!

Everything was perfect

The 4 of us stayed here for 3 nights all in 1 room. The beds were configured into 2 big beds. The room had plenty of space and bathroom was of good size. The AC worked great and TV had plenty of channels, although didn't come here to watch TV. Location was good - only 2-3 minutes from the Metro stop and 10-15 minute from Vatican. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. The breakfast was served in the lovely covered roof terrace. There was plenty to choose from with fresh croissants, bread, meats & cheeses, fruit, yogurts, juices, coffee and eggs made to order. But the highlight of the stay was Gianluca, who speaks excellent English. He went above and beyond and the main reason our stay in Rome went so well. He gave us a map outlining all the places to see and how to go about doing it, how to use the Metro with restaurant and gelato recommendations. He arranged our car service to/from the hotel and even showed us how to use the taxi app (similar to Uber), which came in handy. Overall, this B&B was outstanding. Highly recommend and would definitely come back.

Quodlibet is a wonderful alternative to staying in a crowded, touristy historic center of Rome. Our bright "Primavera" room was not huge, but very comfortable and had everything we needed; the breakfast was served on a terrace one floor up and was abundant. Gianluca is a wonderful host; he provided us with a marked map that included suggested itineraries for exploring Rome in a few days that we had. Prior to our arrival Gianluca arranged our pick up and later, our drop off at the airport by a car service, which costs just a few Euros more than a flat-rate taxi service. I was happy to get picked up by a driver, as the lines for the taxi in Rome's Fiumicino airport were extremely long, as late May was already a busy tourist season. We walked everywhere from Quodlibet, but while Vatican is less than 10 minutes away, other historic sights are much further, so I would recommend to explore a convenient subway system or buses if you would like to preserve your energy for a lot of sight-seeing in a short period of time.

What a fantastic property! Gianluca was an amazing host. Super helpful, really friendly. I was able to check in around 12.30 which was so helpful as I didn't have to cart my bags round in the heat. The room was lovely. Bright and spacious. Good air con. Bed was comfy. Breakfast can be served in your room, but there is a lovely roof terrace where breakfast is usually served and we ate up there every morning (no lift to the roof terrace, but there is a lift up to the actual b&b). The roof terrace is open for use all the time, so we used it a couple of nights to have a drink and play a game! The kitchen is also available 24/7 for tea (there was an espresso machine in the room). And a jar of biscuits! All the recommendations Gianluca made were spot on and we ate at some lovely restaurants based on his advice. We loved the location. 2 minute walk from the metro station and in a nice quiet area. Very close to the Vatican. If we go back to Rome, we'd definitely want to stay here again.

Be aware there's no sign for the property which confused me! But as Gianluca was expecting me, he and the building manager retrieved me anyway :) so not really a negative, but definitely a bit confusing.

Absolutely LoVed Our Stay at this quaint, well appointed and wonderfully staffed bed and breakfast/hotel. Gianluca was wonderful and we appreciated all his help. The breakfasts daily rooftop were delicious and so nice to wake up to. The location was GREAT! We grabbed two rooms that were very comfortable and had all the items we needed plus more! So nice. Highly recommend for anyone going to Rome and wanting to be close to the Vatican, all the sights and cafes and best gelato in town. If I could give Gianluca 10 Stars, I would. Thank you, Magdalena

Everything was excellent.

We were blown away by Quodlibet. Everything was perfect. Situated two minutes away from the closest subway station and just about twenty from the Vatican Museums, the main attractions in Rome are easy to reach, yet the neighbourhood where the hotel is located is peaceful and serene. The staff (especially Gianluca) is friendly and helpful, pointing us towards hidden gems beloved by locals, answering all of our questions with patience and warmth and overall making our stay even more pleasant. They speak excellent English (as well as Italian, obviously) so our exchanges were smooth. The breakfast is varied and tasty (especially the corneti) and can satisfy anyone, regardless of tastes, whether, they lean more towards a sweet or salty breakfast. The room we received was also quite spacious, clean and comfortable, and we especially loved the common areas, such as the kitchen and rooftop terrace. Overall, we would gladly return to Quodlibet and would warmly recommend it to anyone who wishes to visit Rome.

Everything was perfect. There is nothing to add here, truly. It is a shame we couldn't stay longer, but that is no fault of the property. We did really like everything. Keep doing what you are doing.

A wonderful, family run guest house very clost to Vatican City. It's two minutes from a metro stop and has wonderful restaurants in the vicinity. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and the breakfasts are delicious! QuodLibet has a roof terrace where breakfast is taken and which can be used throughout the day. It really is a little oasis on a Roman rooftop. The staff are very friendly and gave us some great suggestions of places to eat and things to see while in Rome. They really helped make our visit very special.

Well situated with easy access to the underground, a lovely set of apartments with a gorgeous rooftop terrace set up for breakfast. The hosts were so kind and attentive, arranging transport from the airport at a very reasonable cost, dealing with us turning up in 2 batches and on departure too. The apartments are charming and have everything you need for a few nights stay, access to the kitchen to make tea and coffee etc is very handy and the cookies are delicious.
