Our travel kettle didn't have the right plug, but they very kindly offered us a kettle to use, to brew up an early morning cup of tea. Breakfast on the 3rd floor restaurant balcony was fine on the sunny morning (inside for the duller day), with special croissants and cakes as well as cereals... We had booked five months ahead, and were given a ground floor room, which was very convenient. We were able to park just outside while we loaded and unloaded, and we parked at a nearby garage.

It was difficult to get washing to dry, because it was warm enough not to need the heating on but we coped.

24 hour reception, good quality mattress and pillows, friendly and helpful staff both at reception and at breakfast. Everyone was very welcoming and the lady in the spa is very kind and the massage is very worth it. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to metro station, so you can get anywhete in a city very easily.

Very thin walls between rooms, you can hear everything from your neighbour rooms, but if you have earplugs to sleep with, is completely fine.

property was very clean and well maintained. the staff was very friendly and the girl behind the desk spoke almost perfect English.

the only sights around the hotel was the Vatican and Castel San Angelo. this was not a big problem since there are many modes of transportation available to see the rest of Rome. it was great to walk around the area of the hotel and some very good restaurants around the hotel.

The single room was small but very confortable . The breakfast was excellent. The hotel location is perfect. There is a bus and metro nearby. People at the reception are nice and helpful. I recommend this hotel for everyone who is searching for a hotel with a good value of many and good location.

Excellent location, has a lift so you don't have to struggle to get bags up the stairs and the staff are super helpful.

No soundproofing between rooms and no blackout curtains to block out the street light directly outside the window.

First of all I liked friendly stuff in Reception which helped with local restaurants, laundries and markets in Rome. They are open to help 24/7🙃. Also appreciate lady in dining room - very friendly😊👏

The staff are very nice and helpful. Very good breakfast is provided and property is very near Vatican city as well as Ottviano metro station where you easily get access to all attractions in Rome.

Nice Hotel Staff and Service, the Breakfast is also nice. But the rooms are very cold in the winter. The air conditioners are very old and has nearly no function.

Bad Smell Broken Air conditioner

Nice position, near Vaticano and metro stop Ottaviano. Confortable and clean room. The staff helped us to explore Rome with their indications. I'll return soon.
