Great breakfast, very variated and warm and delicious coofie ;) VERY GOOD. We enjoy it.

THEY NEED MORE Signs/ OR A BETTER Description , where the hotel its located. The whole corner its cover because of construction, its NO SIGN OR NOTHING to show, about the Hotel. We run arround the square several times, trying to figure it out, where the hotel was located.? And even when we did. The comunication was poorly understandable. The tlf number from the web page, wasnt working... and it didnt not connect to anything, and yeah... it was a horrible experience, but we when we got there, Jhosua make sure, that we did have everything we need it, and took over control. Thats the best part of the whole situation. He´s a great guy, no doubt! The Hotel its great, and we have a great time in it. RECOMMEND IT <3

Once you closed the windows it was 100% sound proof which as the hotel is located on a busy junction was great for a goodnight sleep. Josua was great and made our stay. Reception was only manned 9 - 6 but you could always contact him by telephone.

The entrance. Just two big doors and a row of intercoms. If the taxi had not have told us where it was we would not have found out. Once in the lift, no notices to say which floor but took pot luck and went to floor 5 which was correct. This is not a hitel but was a penthouse apartment that has been divided into rooms. Also the shower cubicle was in the actual room where bed is so no privacy to shower.

It has a fabulous location in the middle of Roma with a beautiful rooftop deck from where you can watch all the madness. The ruins you’re directly looking down upon are said to be where Julius Caesar was killed which is pretty cool. The staff were very friendly and helpful booking us a taxi to the airport ect.

The shower in our room was very difficult to use, it involved both a combination of both knobs and some buttons. Once you worked it out, it was nice but still confusing.

Looking at the sights of Rome while relaxing in a jacuzzi is an experience that is hard to top. Breakfast with the view to Largo di Torre Argentina, where Caesar was killed. Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Trevi fountains, and Isola Tiberina all a short walk away. Very friendly staff. Wonderful location! Easy access with elevator. Easy checkin. Taxi stop nearby. We will definitely go back.

Google maps tries to fool you with the location - be persistent, put in Relais Badoer, not street address. For us the steep staircase to terrace was totally ok, but if you have leg issues, it's good to prepare.

Good location- walking distance to many sights. Enjoyed the jacuzzi tub on the roof in the evening. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious and substantial. Special thanks to Josua for making our stay in Rome memorable.

Recognizing it is not the hotel’s fault but some views are obstructed by scaffolding outside the building. Thankfully no construction was taking place during our stay therefore there was no noise with which to contend. It didn’t bother us but it may some others.

The location was perfect, really central and walking distance to most attractions. The staff were really helpful and friendly.

The room was smaller than expected, particularly the bathroom. The lighting wasn't too good. There was outside scaffolding which wasn't too much of an issues but it would have been nice to know that it was going to be there as it did obstruct the view.

location location location, that being said Faisa is an excellente host she made the stay feel like visiting friends. The rooms are nice and the terrace is great. I would recommend to young couples or individuals looking for a great value for money.

The installations are aging, well taken care of by both Josua and Faisa but the building elevator, entrance and balcony have seen better days.

This was the perfect stay for a few nights in Rome! The location was amazing, the hot tub on the roof was such a treat, the room was stylish and clean, I was able to drop my bags before check-in, and the staff (in particular Feaza, the lovely housekeeper) was phenomenal. Even the restaurants downstairs (the pizza place and the upscale pasta restaurant) were amazing and easy to access for lunch or dinner. I will definitely stay here again during my next visit to Rome!

Truly nothing at all! The walls are a little thin and you can indeed hear the other customers as they talk in the hallways, but no one was rude or exceptionally loud. It's all part of the experience!

Our room was on the 5th floor. We found it following the detailed instructions they provided with no problems. Joshua and Faisa went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The best part, without doubt, was the hot tub on the roof top. Relaxing in the tub as the sun went down melted away our jet lag and sore feet from walking around Rome all day. Since we had to leave early the next day, Faisa took pains to stock our room with everything we needed for a simple breakfast. Our keys worked great and the once you shut the terrace door, the noise of the city disappeared.

That we couldn't stay longer!

Perfect location close to all tourist attractions. Wonderful breakfast, you could serve it either in the room or on the terrace. The 2 jacuzzis were definitely worth it, especially after a hot day. We could not have made another better choice!
