Third time staying at property. Very clean, good AC. Quiet as set back from street. Close to all historic sites, taxi and bus stands. Attractive rooms. Property held our main bags for a nominal cost while we took a four day side trip with backpacks, which was very convenient. Staff very nice.

Breakfast cost fairly high and quality not as good as previously. Windows sometimes don’t close properly. We needed assistance to do so. Entrance can be confusing but once you are familiar with the process it is easy. There was some construction going on at ground level during the day but was not an issue for us.

Perfect location to see the sights of Rome. The room was very good sized and the bed was very comfortable, firm/dense yet soft. The staff was wonderful and did everything they could to make our stay more comfortable. They can arrange airport transportation for you, highly recommend taking advantage of that, but there is also a taxi stand at the end of the block. The jacuzzi in the room was the perfect place to relax after walking around the city.

It was a little hard to find the entrance at first and it was a little far from the street to lug our bags (we packed and brought way too much), but they gladly helped us with our bags at check in and check out. I also actually liked that it was a little harder to find once we found it because it made it feel more secure, like there was definitely not anyone in there who wasn’t supposed to be.

Our stay at this hotel was extraordinary! The room was sooo big and nice, moder and with a very good air conditioner that saved us from the heat. The staff wwas absolutely amazing! We wanted to have brekafast eralier than it was served on 2 mornings because of our tours and they gladly let us have our breakfast at our desired time. Also, the restaurant suggestions from the front desk were spot on! We are so glad we followed these suggestions and visited some of the best restaurants. Also, the hotel locks its big door at night, so you can only get in with your own key and it made us feel very safe. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

Everything was perfect. Absolutely perfect.

This hotel was perfect! I was a little worried because I have never been to Rome and there are SO many hotels to choose from but I really paid attention to the reviews on this hotel and I am so glad that I did. We booked the executive suite for my family of 4 and WOW. We had our own private entrance and the room was HUGE! It must have been close to 900 sq feet. The staff were friendly and helpful, arranging cars for us and answering our questions. The location of the hotel is superb- it is in the middle of everything and allowed us to spend the 3 days in Rome exclusively on foot. We did not need a car at all as we were able to walk to all major sites and restaurants incredibly easily. If I travel to Rome again I will book this suite again! Thank you!

Fantastic hotel in every way imaginable, central to absolutely everything rome has to offer with the pantheon only 8 minutes walking distance, trevi fountain 15 mins, colloseum around 15 mins too. Breakfast was a perfect mix of continental and warm food such as scrambled egg and bacon etc. Staff extremely friendly and helpful with food recommendations, welcome drink was offered at check in which we had a mimosa. Trip was for my partners birthday and they went through the effort to decorate the room after I had left a note on the booking. Room was exceptionally modern amd very clean, toiletries provided with shaving kit, hairdryer, slippers etc. Everything you could need. 10/10, if we were to ever return to Rome we would 1000% come back to this hotel. We are a very well travelled couple and this hotel genuinely was fantastic.

The hotel's location was perfect - within easy walking distance to all the main tourist attractions. The staff were really friendly & helpful. They recommended restaurants & local dishes for us to try and booked a taxi for our return to the airport, keeping our luggage whilst we had a final morning exploring the city. The hotel was beautifully renovated and the rooms were spacious & clean, the beds were very comfy! The breakfast was delicious, lots of variety & everything was fresh. Highly recommend!

Initially, Matilda was the person we had the first contact with as we arrived and she was simply amazing. Such a delightful personality and couldn't do enough for us. She is a real asset to the business. We had similar experience with all your staff throughout the hotel particularly those on at the breakfast times. The location was excellent and the room was of a high standard. We have already recommended the property to two other couples on our arrival back in Perth.

We couldn't find fault in any part of our stay

Location of the hotel was wonderful. We were within walking distance to the Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and about 15 minute walk to the Colosseum and about 20 minute walk to Vatican. Also wonderful restaurants everywhere and especially a short walk over the river to Trastevere section of the city where the restaurants are truly amazing!! The re is a taxi stand down the street to the left of the hotel and bus stops to the right and around the corner. I highly recommend including the breakfast option if you would like to start your day with a lovely breakfast. Otherwise, there are plenty of cafe's nearby if you would like to grab a cappucino/pastry.

Nothing, everything was awesome!

The staff was very helpful and kind. We were able to check in earlier, because the room was ready for us (we had informed the hotel prior our arrival). The room was very comfortable with a lot of facilities, such as fridge, safe, espresso machine. The bathroom had soap and shampoos, a quality hair dryer and other bathroom accessories, which were sufficient enough for any traveler. The cleaning service was perfect. Every day they cleaned the room and changed the sheets and towels (although we said not to change them every day). The breakfast was very complete for any taste. We were very pleased with our choice and we never felt anything missing in our stay. P.s. The hotel was in the center of Rome and never had to use public transportation.

The room was a bit close to the reception and sometimes it had noise. Nothing too annoying, but had to mention.

Location, location, location. It was in the most perfect location. Walked everywhere - 2 minutes Piazza Navona, Pantheon and market Piazza. 5 minutes to Piazza Venezia and 10 minutes to Colosseum Could not have been better. Very wide footpath to one way street and bus stops and opposite the Argentina ruins. No narrow street with buildings opposite. Wonderful. Walked into the property off the street through huge doors which were locked at night. Bus to Termini train station stopped right outside.

Everything was great. Lovely breakfast each morning and great coffee made for you. Bonus
