This apartment block is right beside entrance/exit of the manzoni metro station and only two stops on red line from termini station in the center of Rome. Also only a 12/15 min walk to the Colosseum. A spacious apartment consisting of a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the kitchen/ dining area. Outside, there is a good variety of restaurants and small mini marts within a 5 min walk.

Although the apartment is well equipped, there was no kettle and we had to make a cup of tea using a saucepan. The apartment block is large and imposing but the huge front door is covered in graffiti and doesn't give a good impression.

I stayed here with my fiancé and sister. My fiancé and I had a very large room with two beds (one a pull out couch). The room was spacious. My sister had her own room with her own bathroom, which was perfect for one person. We had a kitchenette and a second washroom. Very large and cleanly spot, great for families.

The location was a bit out of the main attractions in Rome, however the metro was just outside of our door, which was very convenient. The building itself seemed a little outdated with some graffiti, but lately, that is how Rome appears to be! It was difficult to find the building because it was unmarked (perhaps a bigger sign/indication would be helpful)...there are residences within the building, so maybe this is why...since it is a shared building. The lift was not reliable...one evening other guests were stuck for several hours.

The property is clean and well positioned right by “Manzoni” metro station which can lead you directly to the Vatican (Ottaviano metro station) and across the road from a Bus stop from which you can take the 51 bus which takes you directly to the Colloseum, Fontana di Trevi and close to the Pantheon. The Colloseum is also a 15 min walk away. We also had plenty of space.

We got the semi-basement room, which has 2 units used for the Air conditioning (1 in each bedroom) that can’t be turned off and make continuous noise. Altough they aren’t extremely noisy, if you are a light sleeper it might prevent you from getting a good night’s rest. Ear plugs would be a good option for cancelling out the noisez

The location is perfect. It is exactly next to the metro station, which is only 2 stations away from the main train stations. The beds are comfy.

During our stay, the electricity had gone off not only in my room but the whole floor, so we had to contact the stuff in the middle of the night. He sent us the instruction to chop the cut out up. However, throughout the night, the electricity had gone off many times, so we had to keep going to electricity room to solve it and had agreement with other rooms in the floor to stop using A/C!! It was terribly hot coz it was midsummer!

Like a lot of the other reviews said the location is only 4 stops away from centre which was less than two euros for a 100 minute ticket. The room had three beds which was more than expected (2 normal and 1 sofa bed). We only stopped for a night but if we were staying longer we would have made use of the fridge and plates\glasses and cutlery. The venue didn't provide food so we had breakfast at the Best Western across the road, they do a nice buffet breakfast with loads of choice. The café on the corner was nice if you just want a drink and snacks. The receptionist was helpful and friendly, especially as it was very busy that day (the hotel was fully booked and she was on her own). The property has a very small old school lift that can accommodate three people max so you may need to make multiple trips if you are in a big group. It added to the charm. The property is not wheelchair friendly. Several steps from the entrance to the lift which is raised from the street level. they may have a ramp but I would ask before booking. The room itself was really large having three rooms and two bathrooms, located on the top floor overlooking the metro. It was really bright and airy. You will get some city noise because it is on a main road and Italians do seem to like using the car horns ;o) Everyone slept well so this was not a problem. Check out is easy, you can just leave your key cards in the room to save going back to reception.

We chose to park at the back of the property and managed to lock ourselves in. We couldn't find the door release. Luckily we manged to manually open the gate. The phone number for emergencies didn't work so we were panicking for a while. When we spoke to the lady on reception it turned out the sign had fallen off the wall and they were going to get it replaced. If it has not been then it is on the wall directly opposite the the three car spaces (look for a round button near the door). They might be better to get a plaque sign screwed into the wall to avoid issue in future.

They had the heat turned on for winter and it was in the 70s outside. You couldn’t adjust the unit so the room was extremely hot.

The location is ideal and the metro line is convenient for visiting museums, Vatican and Colloseum. The friendly staff gave us helpful tips to commute from and to the airport. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for families with young kids. Central location with easy access to main markets, overall good value for money.

I find that the entrance is neglected giving the wrong impression about the hotel and the area. It will make a huge difference if the graffiti is removed from the door. The retro lift could be a little bit bigger, as someone had to take the stairs (but it overall it works well and maintains the character of the building).

Everything was wonderful - a big clean apartment with 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms, 2 small fridges, air conditioning really helped because it was really hot outside. Simple self check-in and check-out procedure. The location is great - 12 min walk from Rome Termini railway station and 15 min from Colosseum. I would highly recommend this accomodation)

The only thing I would ask the hosts is to provide at least minimum condiments like salt, sugar and pepper (not to buy big packages of them).

Location was wonderful, 5 steps to Manzoni metro station (be careful about timing when metro is closing, of course you have bus option at late night). Even though the hotel personnel were only available after 09.00 am, especially Elena was so helpful to make everything work perfectly (airport transfers, very late check in after midnight, colosseum skip the line tickets ...everything we asked for).

The furniture were old, the flush was leaking all the time which creates annoying noise 7/24.

I mostly picked this hotel for the location with metro access just steps from the front door, but I was happy to find more than I expected. My kids loved the spacious apartment with 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms. Air conditioning was effective and kept us comfortable. Everything was clean, and the front desk was very helpful. We arrived early, expecting to store our luggage until our room was ready, but we were able to move in right away. This is where I'll stay if I ever get to Rome again!
