The location could not be more perfect! There is a metro station and bus stop very close to the hotel making it extremely easy to visit all of the attractions at any point of the day. The location is quiet and safe with plenty of little spots to grab coffee and snacks. Our room was very comfortable and clean with amazing air conditioning, we even had a cute little balcony over looking the street. The beds were so comfortable! Breakfast was great, it is a continental breakfast so don't expect the works, but there is more than enough variation and everything is very fresh. I highly recommend this spot and I will 100% stay here again next time I'm in Rome.

Honestly there was nothing about this hotel to complain about. It was charming, clean, convenient location with friendly and helpful staff.

central location, clean, on a very busy road but asked for a room on high floor, double glazed so noise wasn’t a problem unless you opened the window! 3 night stay, the first night the air con was not working so asked to switch rooms which they did with no qualms at all. breakfast was ok, a bit limited for size of hotel to be honest, nice top floor area for breakfast though with a little garden area. location is more downtown Naples so if you’re looking for a more scenic hotel then perhaps not for you.

maybe more of a business hotel than a leisure one but that’s only my opinion! Didn’t respond to my message I sent to enquire about something ahead of the trip.

The rooms are small but that's enough if you need just sleeping and the rest of the day you will spend outside. Nice terrace on the roof. The Hotel is within walking distance of the Colosseum and 5 minutes from the metro station. We had breakfast, simple and good and per our request, we received coffee from the coffee machine. The personnel was really helpful and nice to us :)

Some fingerprints on the closet in the room.. it can be cleaned better. Besides, the room and the bathroom were clean.

I am please to say, everything went well with Hotel Novecento! Had problems with a previous hotel ( Posatino ) and booked this hotel literally last second and moment we got here the receptionist was friendly, fantastic and welcoming. All staff were absolutely brilliant during our short stay. The room was vibrant, nice and clean, quite spacious too surprisingly. Breakfast was nice and light and location was perfect. Only 3 mins walk from the metro line ( Manzoni ) and a 10 min walk from some of the halal restaurants and grocery shops. I would recommend staying as it is very close to the metro line so easy to get to and the staff being very good :)

Everything was good so there's nothing that wasn't liked but i think breakfast maybe could have had few more options but that would be me being picky. the breakfast was good but i guess I'm just being a little greedy sorry.

Our room was a good size with comfortable beds for all 4 of us. The room was quiet and dark. Previous reviews had said that the room wasn’t cleaned and that the breakfast was poor but neither of these things were the case when we stayed. Our room was cleaned every day and, although the breakfast was the same every day, there was plenty of choice (cereal, fruit, pastries, toast). Staff were very helpful and provided us with food when we went out on an early day trip. They also sorted out a taxi for us to get to the airport at 4.30am.

Very friendly helpful staff which always makes a stay more enjoyable. The breakfast was very well prepared with good choices of food in a comfortable dining area. The location is good for walking to the Coliseum, about 15 to 20 minutes but one must plan on a much longer walk, taxi, or metro for other points of interest. (We walked to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Vatican Pantheon, etc and got about 8 - 10 miles a day).

The first night did not have air conditioning (it was quite warm) so we were given fans which helped a great deal. The next morning the repairs were made and all went well.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Also we liked the location of the hotel very much, the metro was close by and many restaurants were in the walking distance.

Breakfast room was a little small since the hotel was pretty full. Every now and then you needed to que for breakfast, but if you came before nine there was plenty of free tables.

A very kind hotel in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Very nice staff, everything was super fast when we got there. 3 min walk to a metro station, 6 min walk to a bus station that goes nearly anywhere in the city which makes it super easy to reach any place.we had our bus back at 1 AM after a night out so it’s really easy to come back anytime by bus.

Old classic hotel really match Rome vibes. Train station 500 m2 close 2-3 mins walk . Hotel walking to colosseum also the roof garden is good place at night to hang out. Not fancy but do for active guest. Good breakfast

Nothing really . However i recommend take the room in higer floor or woth balcony

Wonderful and accommodating staff, clean tidy rooms, air conditioning, friendly atmosphere, generous and abundant breakfasts.

I wish there credit card machine was working. Hadn’t planned on withdrawing $$ from my bank to pay for our stay. It might just be something they because they benefit from the cash payment. If you’re not planning on forking over large amounts of Euros, make sure to clarify with the hotel before booking/arriving.
