If you are looking for: -Best location in Roma (2 min from Vatican, 4 minutes from bus and Metro, 15 minutes from any place you want to visit with transport, just beside the best gelato, Inside of a real dreamy building, ........ No end for those points) -Best host ever, I don't have permission to mention his name, but you will know him, with all the help that he is offering just for your comfort, he will complete your missing puzzle pieces in your visit, big respect.

I can't even find one.

The location was amazing! We have walked everywhere and used the metro just to get from and to the airport. Metro station is very close to the guest house. We were also happy with the breakfast - coffee and croissant with filling, both delicious. The breakfast place is quite busy, but we have found a free table every morning. Our host, Vincent, was very helpful and gave us great tips. There is everything you would find in the hotel - cattle, hairdryer, some cups and rooms are cleaned daily. There are plenty of grocery shops around so you can buy anything you need there.

One downside to the perfect location is that it gets noise during the night. You can hear all the cars and ambulances passing by so earplugs would help. It also probably depends on the room you are in. We were in the red one (superior for 2 guests). Shower head in our room worked just partially (water was coming only from 1/3 of it) and also the shower itself is quite small.

I would like to share some information I wish I knew before: The location is perfect, only few blocks from the Vatican Museum. Good restaurants and small shops arounds. Room was clean and they have a daily cleaning service which is a plus. The included breakfast is only cup of coffee and a croissant. The coffee shop was not very clean and has only few tables. Room does not have a mini fridge Shower is quite small even for my 7 years old daughter.

Very nice and clean, the garden was beautiful. I didnt expect beds to be so comfortable, we slept great! Really good accomodation with great location, just a few minutes of walk to Vatican or metro station. The restaurant with breakfast is just across the road and their croissants are really tasty. It was enough to keep us walking for hours in the city.

Unfortunatelly part of the building was under reconstruction, but that didnt bother us as we had windows to the street. Night sounds from traffic were a bit noisy but nothing impossible to handle. But room facing the garden after the reconstruction is finished will be amazing and quiet for sure.

The location was great. It's within walking distance from the Ottaviano Metro stop. Close to the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica.

The chair in the room is old and stained. The place has a utilitarian feel to it. There wasn't a way to check-in after 11pm. It's clearly stated, so it isn't a surprise. Just know that if you fly in on the smaller airlines from other European countries in peak season, your flight may be delayed for no reasons and you may not be able to check-in.

Really nice little 2-bedroom apartment with a very nice Beatles theme throughout. Each room has its own toilet + shower, so it could be used as just having a room to yourself. There is a small common area: kitchen/living room. Because we were travelling with a 18- month old baby having the washing machine was a must. It has everything you need for your day to day needs, maybe one suggestion for an upgrade for the future could be having a microwave. Although we still managed with this. We had issues with our flights coming in to Rome but we still could check-in and on our way out we had to leave early so we just let them know and it was all okay. If we are coming back to Rome and the apartment is available we will be booking it! 100% recommended!

Apartment extremely close to the Vatican museum, metro station nearby with great access to every major sight, exceptional breakfast right across the street! Perfect if you want to see most of Rome, and not spending much time at your accomodation :) Beds are very comfy! Very good value for the price, even shuttle bus stop from FCO airport is near, approx. 15min walking distance. Busy traffic, but quiet area.

The person who welcomed us was very friendly and helpfull. Rooms are modern and nice! Great beds. Perfect location, near the Vatican and pretty close to all tourist attractions in Rome.

Breakfast could be a little beter, a little more than just one piece of sweet pastry ( I actually don't eat sugar) and 1 cup of coffee. The breakfastlocation was crowded and therefore staff was not that friendly. Tip: add small fridge to the room

The location was amazing! it was just about a block and a half from the Metro and walking distance to St. Peter’s basilica! which was perfect because that’s where our tour ended up! also, we had two rooms plus a living room so plenty of space to spread out! The center courtyard was gorgeous!

i didn’t realize breakfast would be a pastry across the street, but it was good nonetheless. we did have a bit of struggle with one set of keys, but it all worked out in the end! Oh-one of the showers was chilly, but after the hot day in the city it was fine!

The room was nice and clean, not so big but it was okey for our stay and considering that your are in Rome :) the beds were comfortable and the breakfast at the bar was very nice too ( you were able to choose your coffee and a cornetto or smth else. They were always super fresh) The location was also great- just a few minutes walk from metro (line A that works very well) and 10min walk from Vaticano

The only bad thing that the shower is quite small so if you are a bigger person you will have difficulties to enter through the shower door :D
