The location was great. As a solo traveller the security access was excellent. I was pleased there was a lift to the 3rd floor. I was so grateful I could store my luggage after check out for part of the day. The room and bathroom were spotless. There was a little fridge in my room. I was grateful for the air conditioner. Restaurants and early breakfast places are only metres away. My main purpose staying here was to visit the Vatican and the location was superb! Just a 4 minute walk from the closest metro station.

The rooms were advertised with "coffee machine". In fact, this was an electric kettle in the kitchen with tea, coffee sachets. No milk was supplied. There could have been a complimentary bottle of fresh water in my room fridge as this was what I experienced in all other places I stayed. It's always a nice welcoming touch when the temperatures are above 30°.

It's a great location, especially if the primary interest is Vatican City, only 400m from the entrance to the Vatican Museum. Because of the close location, we visited daily St. Peter's Square. The major spots in Rome were within walking distance or easily accessible with the nearby metro. Communication was easy, and responses were quick if some questions arose. Breakfast in the room was a nice touch. We would stay here again if visiting the Vatican Museum. For information, if you get the room to the street, don't worry, the windows can be closed so no noise would disturb your sleep. The shower was clean, so a very nice place to stay for your trip to Vatican/Rome.

We were there only on night and, while the accommodations were basic, the little room was very comfortable. The double bed was THE most comfortable bed in our entire stay . The shower and bathroom were awkwardly tiny, but the showerhead was a beast, best shower in all of Italy! We had an early train to Florence and missed the comp breakfast. There is a wonderful little balcony overlooking a charming courtyard, but a freak hailstorm precluded its use! The host arranged car service to the train and we appreciated Amor Eddy so much we called him for a very early airport pickup 7 days later. Small yet comfortable in a good location. Recommended for short stays. 4 stars.

For our one night it was very comfortable. For two people willing to share a bed , no negatives here. The TV was very small tho hello Charlotte we didn't even use it.

The room was spacious and definitely had a lovely view of the garden from the balcony. The breakfast was adequate and served to our requested times. The location was good for the Vatican and for eating out at night. The accommodation had a shared kitchen so if we had wanted to we could have cooked for ourselves. The member of staff was exceedingly pleasant and very efficient.

The description did not make you aware that this was a set of rooms in a residential apartment building. Not in itself a problem but the description did not make this clear.

It's in a great central location, just a five-minute walk to the Vatican Museums, with plenty of public transportation options in the area, such as buses, metro, and trams. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was cozy, with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. Breakfast was included in the stay and could be delivered right to the door, but we also had the option to enjoy a delightful croissant and coffee at the cafe downstairs. The place feels a bit more like a bed and breakfast, featuring a nicely equipped shared kitchen for all rooms. I highly recommend this spot.

There was nothing I didn't like, only a few things that could be improved, such as the walls, which could be repainted because there were a few marks on them.

The contactless check in was smooth and easy, and quickly responded to WhatsApp messages if we had any queries. The comfortable bed, metal blinds (blocking out noise and light) and effective air con made for a great nights sleep. We were not disturbed by any outside noise at all and our room was facing the main street. The location is perfect for day tripping to the Vatican and only a short walk to the metro into central.

Our only negative was the shower. The temperature was temperamental, it lacked any power and at one point we had to reassemble the shower enclosure as this had come apart when opening the sliding door. It could definitely do with an upgrade. That being said, the rest of the bathroom is very well furnished and it by no means would stop us staying here again for the location, cost and a good nights sleep.

Very clean and .50 mile from the Vatican which was our main purpose of the visit. There are lots of restaurant options and shopping nearby. Very walkable property.

It was hard to communicate with the office. I had sent several messages prior asking about shuttle service which was never answered. We ended up booking private transportation. Also I tried to confirm our reservation prior to arriving which was never answered. We did not know what to do once we got to the hotel. We were very frustrated that there was no place to speak to someone when we got there and thought our reservation was a loss. We called them and someone arrived within minutes but it was scary there for a while. There is a lot of construction and the days we were there, they started at 8 am so it can be too loud to take a nap.

This is a lovely accommodation in a great location. The staff were helpful and friendly in every interaction The rooms are tastefully done and although simple have a lovely feel to them. Breakfast in the morning can be taken in the room or in the communal. Kitchen area. Breakfast was simple but a great way to start the day... The mattress/pillows were simply fab aiding good sleep.

The front facing rooms are on a busy street so there is a small degree of noise. The rear rooms face onto a well developed garden.

Very good communication with hosts in working hours. Clean, beautiful room and bathroom, comfortable bed. High standard of decoration. Excellent shared kitchen facilties with the other two rooms . Lovely balcony overlooking courtyard garden. Continental breakfast was very filling. The housekeeper does a very good job.

It's not really a major dislike, but the lift is quite small if you have a lot of luggage.

The property itself is very clean and secure, and they also have an elevator! The location is close to everything especially to the Vatican and the museums the train station is about 5 minutes away that connected you to all of the other attractions in the city center. The breakfast that was delivered in the morning was everything you needed to start off the day of site seeming. the staff was also super helpful with all our request and help set a 5am taxi to the airport in the morning.
