Everything was great! The host is great! And answers immediately to all your needs! The room was also very 👍 we stayed 3 nights and felt like we could have stayed more! Unfortunately holiday was over so was time to leave 😁 The location is 5 mins away from the Metro, approximately 8 mins walk to the Vatican Basilica and there are also plenty of nice restaurants or shops (carrefour express is also ~ 3 mins away). Honestly we did not have any problems with the location or the room, so we are very likely to come back 😊

The host was adorable, really worried about making sure we had a nice experience. We asked to adjust some points that were not in the agreement, and the host made all the efforts to meet our request (even though he had absolutely no obligation). That really makes the holiday easier and more enjoyable. If you read this, thank you again. The breakfast was nice, coffee and a delicious croissant =)

The room was great, cleaning every day.. Luca was very helpful and communication was very easy, all our issues were always solved.. Location is great, We enjoyed our stay.

The only negative is the staff in the cafe where we had our breakfast - seemed like the woman there saw us as a problem, than as clients, and didn’t even try to be friendly. Coffee and pastry were good though.

The location was perfect for us. Area was quiet and metro was im short walking distance. The room was very clean and you have everything you needed, and if there was anything you needed, the stuff was very helpful. We loved that the breakfast time was flexible and the cafe for breakfast was really nice.

Location, right next to Vatican. Everything is available within 10 minute walk (groceries/personal items/metro/restaurants) . The host was very helpful with instructions on how to find the place and how to find your way around Rome (best places to eat, etc.).. I especially recommend this place if this is your first time in Rome, so You can catch the real Italian vibe 100% .

Comfortable room with large private bathroom, 4th floor of an historical building. All very clean and new; breakfast (cappuccio and fresh croissant) served at a nearby cafe'. The manager welcome us personally for the check-in. 5 mins walk from Ottaviano metro stop.

Nothing. The room can be a bit noisy in the morning as it overlooks a street with lot of traffic, but with the windows closed its perfectly fine.

The place is located close to Vatican. There is a very good transport connection. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, there was refreshments and coffee every day. The landlord is very helpful and polite.

Very good location, just 5 min walk from metro. Lots of restaurants near by to choose from. Owner was very friendly and helpful, suggested lots of places to go to. Bed was very comfortable. Had very pleasant stay there!

Everything was ok, room was clean, comfortable bed, neighbourhood was quite, close to pubs and restaurants, the host was very helpful and kind, fast wi-fi, Netflix ;)

amazing location, six minutes walk from the Vatican museums. 5 minutes walk from metro station Ottaviano. the room has a TV, which was great for the hottest hours of the day! the staff was very nice and gave us recommendations for places where to eat in the area.
