My stay at this place was absolutely exceptional! The room itself was incredibly comfortable and well-equipped, but what truly set it apart was the attention to detail and the outstanding service. Two days before my departure, I asked for help with a special request – I wanted to propose to my girlfriend early in the morning, but couldn't buy flowers myself. I asked the hosts if they could arrange a bouquet of roses for the occasion. To my delight, they went above and beyond, preparing a stunning bouquet that added a magical touch to the moment. Thanks to their support and thoughtfulness, my girlfriend said yes, making our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking not only for comfortable accommodation but also for exceptional service that goes the extra mile to fulfill the most important wishes of their guests.

It was clean, the staff was kind, before getting to the place they were very responsive. Breakfast was exactly what they said would be there. We came in later at night and the security guard was there to let us in, we had a problem with the AC unit and he did everything in his power to help us with it and make sure we comfortable, all with a good attitude and a smile on his face.
There was a problem with the AC when we checked in at 1am and there wasn’t really anyone available to help. The security guard did his best to try and help us but it took a very long time until he figured it out and we were able to settle in.

The location is great. 3 min walk from a metro station and there are several bus stops around. You need around 15-40 min to get to the city center depending on where exactly you want to get to. The room was great for one person, quite big, a bed, a table, a night table, a closet. Both the room and the bathroom were very clean, this made me very happy. The look out of the window was nice. There were toiletries and a bottle of water provided. The hotel stuff was friendly and helpful. They even had an iron, you just need to ask for it at the reception.
The breakfast was included in the price, however, in my opinion, this kind of breakfast is better not to have. I was very satisfied with the accommodation itself but the breakfast really disappointed me :’) There were just cold and hard bread buns, ham and cheese, yoghurt, cornflakes, coffee and tea. The toaster didn’t work. Anyway, it just didn’t make a good impression on my first day, so that I ended up eating out the next two days because I wanted to enjoy my breakfast while being in Rome.

Pretty good price for Rome, the place was clean, and it was pretty close to Vatican City (10 minutes by bus). Also, it had subtle hints about being a religious place, but it wasn't pushed too much.
The breakfast was mid at best (not very much variety and quite short time span to come), but the location caused most of the problem for us: it's pretty far from the city center (almost 30 minutes by metro), the traffic noise can get loud, and it's not the house's fault, but the disctrict is not clean at all (trash and piss-stains on the streets, dirty walls etc. - but at least it's peaceful, you just have to deal with the mess).

Clean and pleasant environment, very professional staff, very nice breakfast arrangement with gluten free croissants, well connected to public transportation, overall very good value.
The wall outlets aren't quite the standard EU size (this is a common problem throughout Italy). The size isn't an issue if you are using a light-weight EU plug (like for a mobile phone) but if you need to plug in a heavier EU plug (like for a laptop) then you need to ask reception for an adapter. Most other households and hotels in Italy already have adapters and power banks already set up since this is a universal problem in Italy, so having to ask reception is unusually inconvenient and it could be a major problem if the guest discovers they need an adapter at a time when reception is closed.

Property : Property is well maintained and staff is pretty helpful. They allowed early-check-in Breakfast : Basic breakfast + Coffee + Juice Supermarket + Basic essentials can be found closed to property
Location : Although metro is closed to the property, location seems shady. Specially, metro station is empty most of the time and it's only you. During late-night , it could feel scary+ daunting as metro station is completely empty and you could find weird people around Breakfast : I think breakfast starts at 7.30/8am which is kind of late in summer . If you have day-trip planned /tour, you are likely to leave early, this creates an issue. It would be great, if there's a flexibility of providing basic limited breakfast, if you want to leave early (or) if they could change the breakfast time and start somewhere around 6/6.30 am which is pretty common.

Quiet, clean, good wifi and air con.
Location, I didn’t realise it was a little out of town, but close to the Metro station, 10mins on a train to central. You have to walk a steep hill to get back to the accommodation. The breakfast wasn’t for me, it was pastries, but it was included with the room, coffee wasn’t bad.

The room was good, they clean each second day, It has elevator in the building. Staff was very helpful. Bus and metro station around the corner
Location of the hotel in calm area u need to take a bus to go to the center, the bus always delayed, there is no proper schedule for it. U have to be lucky to caught it. Breakfast is pretty simple, i think if u can add eggs in the menu, it will be much better.

Everything was fantastic, except for two small hiccups. First, there was only one power outlet for two beds. So, it became a nightly competition to see whose phone would survive the next day! And at 4 AM, we had an unexpected wake-up call from a moaning grandpa. If you're into surprises, this place is perfect!
One power outlet for two beds.
