The facilities provided by the Vatican City Accommodation are satisfying, and the appartments are located to a very quiet neighborhood, but at the same time very close to via Aurelia that buses from and to the airport are passing, as well as bus stops to go to the city centre (only 10-15 min route) and metro stations. Night buses are also passing very close to the appartment. The room was very descent for the price, bright, with a spacious bed. Cleaning stuff came to change sheats/towels, etc.

The rooms used to be indeed a common appartment that now is separated to 3 independed places, but I faced no problem with the noise of the next door neighbors, although I could hear during morning hours people murmuring. I found some trouble communicating with the reception personnel as the woman could not speak English, but we managed to find a solution after all. When I asked for some instructions to exit the building after check out, the personnel was a bit rude, so this is the only disadvantage for me. Also, a bit of dust/hairs left at the corners of the appartment, but apart from that it was clean.

Check-in was smooth, I was met by a lovely person who clearly explained all. The room was spacious and, among other things, had a small fridge. The kitchenette had a kettle and an small electric stove, utensils, and dishes. The room was quiet, the apartment located nearby a metro station, cafes, tiny bistros and restaurants. Definitely a great choice of accommodation if you want to avoid touristy areas yet still be a few minutes by metro to the touristy places. Oh and rooms were attended to every day, which I thought was a lovely service.

The room was neat and tidy, exactly like the pictures. It is a little small but there is ample cupboard space to pack away all your clothes and goodies...and then again we spent very little time at the accommodation so the size did not really affect us. Bathroom is a good size though with a very nice shower. The beds are very comfortable and with the air-con to help battle the heat we were sleeping like kings. There is also a small bar fridge which came in handy for storing a few ods and ends. The location is a few hundred meters from the nearest bus and metro lines so getting around is really easy.

There is a small communal kitchen that is lacking in a few utensils and cooking equipment. There is one small pot and one small pan with two electric stove tops that struggle to heat up and no cooking utensils. So if you were planning on making yourself food, just keep that in mind. Other than that there it a really great place to stay.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the hotel was easily accessible with public transport. There is a few places nearby when you can grab some food in the morning :)

The room was very clean, bed very comfortable also plenty of hot water. Staff were lovely and friendly. People around the area so very helpful and very friendly. There are lots of food stores around the areas too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and planning to come back again soon.

Just the keys. Took us a while to get use of using it. Sometimes it takes 5 minutes or so before we could open the door and the gates. But that's minor. Also bathroom door handle keeps coming off.

Nice, clean and comfortable accommodation near the metro. Cleaned every day, clean towels and refilled water as attention. The friendliness of the owners was also very pleasant - due to our early arrival in Rome, they accommodated us earlier than is officially possible.

The only thing that was not 100% - a bit moody shower. Fluctuating water pressure and temperature. But nothing that can't be handled :)

It is well located. Near the bus, metro and many restaurants. Far from tourist traps. The room was much bigger than expected, and there is a small kitchen available. I prefer to stay here than near Termini, it is a few minutes away from the Vatican and 5 minutes walking to the subway. Our hosts were very nice and responded quickly.

Thank you Simone and Estefany for your hospitality. The room and servicing was very nice. Spic and span! And the location was also strategically both secluded and connected. I enjoyed my stay here.

There was a problem with my fridge which unfortunately could not be fixed on short notice. Although inconvenient (because it is so hot now) it did not however dampen my satisfaction of the overall property.

Everything was clean, new, comfortable and cosy The AC was great for these hot summer days. It wasn't noisy at all. We could rest comfortably. The toilet and shower were great, too. Simone and Steff were at all times ready to help and sort out doubts. They allowed us a late check in and then after.check out we could leave our luggage for a few ours in the kitchen The room was very big

The place has convenient location close to metro and bus station and is not far from Vatican city. The staff is kind and helpful. The room is quiet and the neighborhood too. The bedroom is comfortable and there is small kitchenette and coffee machine.
