I was travelling with 15 students The rooms were comfortable, the bathrooms excellent.

The location in Aurelia is far from the center, but convenient to the Metro. That was not a problem for us, but might be difficult for some people. I was expecting a fully equipped kitchen so we could cook, but there was only a hot plate and micro. Also not enough utensils for 15. An English-language guide to the neighborhood (restaurants, groceries, etc.) would have been helpful. We had to find those on our own.

Great location. Great communication. Theo met us outside as we arrived, and was very welcoming and responsive to our needs. The apartment was clean and secure.

The apartment is focused on individual room use, not one big group. There is only a mini fridge in each room which was insufficient for our group food needs.

The apartments are well-equipped and calm. Close to the apartment you can find metro station and carrefour express too.

The property was near the metro (just across the road) which made it very convenient for us to travel around. Had a cafe/ bar down the road if you wanted some light breakfast in the morning. Supermarket was nearby as well where we could go and buy some groceries and stuff. The property also had a nice balcony with very pretty flowers where you could just relax after a long day of exploring the city.

The property was next to the road which meant it was kind of noisy during the night as well making it harder to get a goodnight’s sleep. In one of the smaller room, you could hear the water going down the drain everytime someone took a shower which sometimes disturbed our sleep. Also, during the stay there were some roadwork/ waterwork going on which meant that we had no water at all and we were not informed about it beforehand. We only found out when we came back to our accommodation after a full day of exploring the city around 9 pm ish. However, Teodora our host who was sadly not informed about this issue either responded to our messages very quickly and came over with some drinking water for us and provided us with free breakfast for the inconvenience. And, it wasn’t just us who was affected by this but the whole building. Thankfully, the issue was sorted out overnight which meant that everyone had water the next day.
