Great location for seeing Rome and value for money. Good breakfast available. Good sized room and bathroom.

On booking from the pictures thought there was a swimming pool to use but when arrived found out we could only use for €35 per person. This was disappointing and for guests should be free or a lot l cheaper for 2 hours. Service at breakfast a little slow on refilling coffee and hot food.

The location was exceptional! In the centre and near to everything. Very good choice. Very important in Rome. Its better to choose something in this price range than something cheaper but away from the center. There room was very nice and spacious but the matres was horribleThe staff was very friendly and answered all questions with a smile. Breakfast was more than enough but it could have a bit more of variety. Coffee was great and the offered food in breakfast was very good quality. All in all it was a good choice and we would go for it again.!

perfect location, near Spanish steps and Trevi. 5 min walk to metro station but consider climbing the Spanish steps due to the closure of the nearest metro station. Nice restaurants around. Comfortable room and bathroom. Breakfast was very good as well. Nice and helpful people at front desk

1 of the lifts wasn’t functioning and the only one was very small and quite busy. I would appreciate to have a coffee machine or at least a kettle in the room. The hot water in the morning was getting sometimes.

Location was fabulous, a 1 min walk to the Spanish Steps. Room was large, comfortable and clean. The shower is amazing - great pressure and warm!

Hotel advertises the spa heavily, however, worth noting that it is an additional 35euro per person per use.

The location is great, walking distance to everything of interest for a coty break in Rome. the hotel is interestingly built, with narrow and stoney corridors, but wide and spacious rooms. we stayed in the junior with hot tub, which is a nice experience; feels like being in a museum room.

The hot tub did not function completely, lights and the jacuzzi function. Once drained, the water came out in the shower, filling it with dirt from the drain. And the breakfast leaves room for more. The choices are quite poor for a 4 star hotel, and the area is small and gets overcrowded in the morning.

Code Hotel was a really great hotel. Location is perfect right near the Spanish Steps and not too far from the Trevi Fountain. The room was really nice and clean, rooms hot tub was amazing, spa in hotel was really nice and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable.

The Breakfast was not great at all. The options for vegetarians was very minimal and it was a very simple breakfast and hard to get a drink or coffee. Had to wait to ask someone everytime. The fridge in the room was also over priced.

We booked the junior suite with a hot tub. The bathroom was good best shower I've ever had, loved that we had a hot tub as well and size of the room. The beds were super comfortable. The location was great.

The room didn't have a mirror at all which made it very difficult for us girls to get ready. There was only a mirror in the bathroom. The TV kept turning off randomly and freezing and the remotes barely worked. The hot tub could have been higher and bigger you could barely fit 2 people at a time. The toilet was in a awkward position right at the side of the sink with no space to move around.

The staff was amazing, really helpful and kind Carolina from the breakfast made us feel at home and gave us some nice places to go around the city. We couldn’t ask for a better location. We walked to the Trevi fountain and the spagna stairs are just in the corner. A lot of transports, shops and restaurants. The spa was nice especially because we booked it so no one else was around we had a peaceful time, the room was really cosy. The breakfast was good too.

The room has a Tv but if you don’t understand much of Italian like us forget it. Not a single channel in English or with subtitles. The second day one of the lifts stop working, for us was ok because we was in the first floor, but sometimes the waiting was too long. The bar closes after breakfast I believe and just opens later on we didn’t ask the exactly time to the staff unfortunately.

The location of the Code Hotel is excellent just at the top of the Spanish steps. The room we were allocated was very spacious and very clean. The staff at the hotel be it the Front Office staff and Breakfast staff were always smiling and helpful.

The room was overlooking the street and although the windows are installed with double glazing the noise from the cars is very annoying. At a hotel I work for we had a similar issue and the solution was to install another aluminium or PVC double glazed window on the interior. The room allocated was equipped with a wheelchair accessible bathroom and so every time we showered water would go all over the bathroom as there was no cubicle or shower curtain.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection. The hotel was spotless. Roof top terrace was great for having drinks at night. Air con and shower were very powerful.

The bar could have been open longer as it always seemed to be shut when we passed. We could have done with a kettle in our room for coffee.
