Set in an authentic old Roman building only a few minutes walk from the Spanish steps are these ultra modern rooms with the very best of design and technology. The decor is delightfully crisp, sharp and clean and very, very new. With magnificent floor to ceiling curtains. We really appreciated the extra cool touches, such as the light in the floor of the bathroom which comes on automatically when you open the door (very helpful in the dark of the night), and the USB ports set in the bedside panels. One of the highlights of our stay was not having to negotiate language barriers. This was particularly so in the person of Daniele who went out of his way to recommend restaurants particularly suited to our taste, and then made the booking on our behalf. He also negotiated the online booking for the Vatican museum on our behalf also, and forwarded the tickets directly to our phones. His English was perfect and he could not have been more helpful from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Thanks again Daniele, we’ll be back.

Highly recommend this hotel, the location is amazing, 2 mins walk and you are at the top of the Spanish steps, the rooms are perfect, I had an excellent sleep, beds so comfortable excellent wifi, beautiful decor, spotless clean, the reception was excellent, great guy. I used the airport shuttle arranged by the hotel, everything was perfect about this hotel I have been to Rome many times and this is by far the best hotel I have stayed in and it will be my first choice when I return. Btw there is an excellent restaurant nearby called IL Gabriello that I highly recommend, also brunch at Babingtons tea house.

The hotel is very well located. Room was big and comfortable. Nice bathroom!!

It is not very clear indicated that the hotel rooms and the reception are in a different building. It was a bit noisy.

Traveling to Rome for the first time, I had no idea, when I booked this hotel stay, that it would be located in the heart of the cultural center of the city. The famous Spanish steps and other monuments are at walking distance. The staff was understanding of our every small request and made it possible for us to enjoy the stay and the food even with our dietary restrictions. The rooms are modern and well appointed. Overall a wonderful experience for us..

The room sizes are a little small. But given the hotel location in heart of the city and restricted building sizes in the location this is understandable.

Charming design boutique hotel An old building near the Spanish Steps, with an antique retro elevator, a spacious room with an extra-high ceiling, and huge wooden doors. Renovated just recently with modern design and clean lines. The furniture and fittings are of a high standard. The room is clean and everything is new! The staff is lovely and courteous, responsive to all needs, and gives good advice.

Small lobby and at a separate entrance from the rooms, there is still no organized breakfast but coffee and small sandwiches. There are still renovations going on all around, but the soundproofing is good and there is no noise at all

We absolutely loved our stay here. We got there by taxi from Roma Termini and was a short drive. The hotel is situated walking distance from the Spanish steps and tons of shopping. The room was fantastic. We had the junior Suite (hotel gave us an upgrade for free!). The styling of the hotel was very modern and the amenities matched! It was so spacious. The room also had a super comfortable bed. Lastly, the tv allowed for easy streaming of our series and movie favorites. The staff was super friendly and helpful. On our last day we had an early flight and they even packed us some to-go breakfasts. Speaking of breakfast, it is a must!

We really enjoyed it heee

Lovely room with all you would need.

Access was a bit of a maze & confusing in the beginning. Codes, door handle tricks...staff were very helpful to show this a couple of times.

Location is excellent ( literally down the street from the Spanish steps ) at checkin our room was upgraded (when noticing it was my husbands birthday). very much appreciated . rooms are brand new , spacious (considering it’s a hotel in Europe ) and very comfortable , and clean so is the bathroom . we loved our room . there is a small coffee shop part of the hotel complex where you can have breakfast and coffee .

i wish there was an espresso machine in the room . (that would have been a plus ). However there was instant coffee and a variety of teas available in the room .

Everything was excellent. However, I choose Do Not Disturb, No Service Needed. I communicated this with three or four different staff members including the housekeeping period however someone entered my room changed out my towels empty the trash and did not make my bed I have a high expectation of no entrance in my room unless I request it and they did not honor that the existing technology of do not disturb on the outside of the door does not light up telling anyone to not enter my room as soon as you leave the light goes off meaning please enter my room although it does not say service requested they need to update their system or provide signs for the door period I ended up installing my own sign on the door

The staff went out of their way to advise me of the complementary water and how to operate something they went out of their way to bring my lost baggage and the front desk manager actually called the transport company to retrieve my lost baggage from delta Airlines so I can continue my 17 day vacation without cancelling the cruise period I would not I've been able to continue on my world trip with the lost Luggage without the assistance of management period this hotel was so kind to me and genuine thank you so much

Excellent location... a 20 - to 30-minute walk to the iconic attractions (not all), and less than a 5 minute walk to the Spanish steps. Friendly staff who are very accommodating and helpful - the trip was for my 30th, and the hotel left complimentary Prosecco and a birthday message on the day of my birthday. Along with this, they provided restaurant recommendations and things to do! Luxurious, modern, and spacious rooms, with the most comfortable bed! I can't say enough good things about this hotel, a very pleasurable experience! We'll definitely be back!

It wasn't ideal that the hotel did not have dining facilities. There was no restaurant to sit in for breakfast/dinner/lunch. However, we do know this is in the pipeline for the hotel as it only opened at the end of last year and is still in the middle of renovations.
