Location!! Best hotel in Rome, the service is top notch! Alessandra helped us check in and was AMAZING! She was very helpful with recommendations, made reservations for lunch for us and they treated us like royalty. Alessandra received us with a bottle of champagne, fresh fruit and cookies for our honeymoon! We appreciate it! We will definitely be back! The rooms are very spacious, updated and modern. We absolutely loved our stay. The rooftop is the best for sunset!

New hotel with modern contemporary design. Very nice staff at the reception (special thanks to Alessio for hosting us and trying to arrange everything), as well as housekeeping - attentive and helpful. However staff at the restaurant and the roof bar needs to be more client oriented by paying attention to the tables more frequently

The room where we stayed had a number of both serious and minor drawbacks, and that was unexpected from a brand new hotel. For example, air conditioning was malfunctioning and not operable, and water from the shower was simply flooding into the corridor. There’s not a single (!) hook on the wall in the bathroom where one can hang the towel or the bathrobe… The windows were shut and overlooking the inner small concrete pit. The last but not the least - the Bang&Olufsen speaker which you may notice on the room photos was absent in the room 🤷🏻‍♂️

The rooms are great and very comfortable. The staff are some of the best you’ll find: very helpful and friendly. Location is walking distance to central Rome and amazing restaurants.

The property is not 100% complete yet so no gym or spa /pool. We were offered access to a sister property 10mins away but didn’t find that practical. The smell of food overwhelmed one of our rooms every night. Some kind of ventilation problem I guess.

Staff were incredible and exactly what you would expect from a 5 star hotel, The location was decent and only a short walk to other places of interest The rooftop terrace is really lovely. Its pretty pricey but worth sitting up there one evening for the view and the food was actually pretty delicious!

Being a very new hotel not all of the facilities, like the spa, we’re open and I feel that’s his should have been mentioned when booking but otherwise the place is fantastic and I look forward to returning one day

One of the best hotels we've experienced! Everything from the staff, location, facilities and service were amazing. The hotel has so many lovely touches such as a speaker in the rooms, wireless charging devices and very chic furniture. The staff were excellent and so very helpful, we couldn't have asked for anything more. We loved staying here and will definitely only stay here when we return back to Rome. Thank you for making our trip so lovely!

Amazing staff who were so helpful with everything. Real attention to detail in our room, leaving fresh Strawberries and biscuits! Rooftop bar has good views and vibes although a little on the expensive side!

The hotel is not fully complete yet so we could not use spa or swimming pool. Also there is still some works being done so every now and again you could hear the work and see workmen etc.

Everything was perfect!! The staff is really nice, friendly and very helpful. Giulia at the front desk is amazing, she helped us organizing our transfers, city recommendations and tours. We highly recommend this hotel, if you want to have a great time in Roma!! And what a great terrace!!
