Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, good breakfast. I highly recommend this place for a convenient and central located stay in Rom.

Very noisy other guests, some arriving in the night making disturbing noise, behaving as if they would be alone there, and some waking up everybody at 7:15 on the weekend in the morning by feeling the need of shout out for their children, and explaining their whole life to the staff or each other on an extraordinary volume level. There is nothing the staff could do, or may be hanging out a sign with the request to the guest without any common sense - and there are many - to be pls silent in the period between 8 pm and 8 am.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and well taken care of from the moment I arrived. They were always friendly and responsive, addressing any request immediately with a smile. The breakfast was a delicious, authentic Italian spread with good quality, and the entire place—from the room to the common areas—was impeccably clean. I truly appreciate the warm hospitality and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

A few small improvements could make the experience even better: the balcony could use a bit more attention to upkeep, and having larger cups for breakfast would be a nice touch. However, these are minor details in what was otherwise a good stay.

We met Bruno at the reception, he's a superstar. We arrived earlier than expected, but the room was ready and Bruno gave us a map of Rome and circled places we should visit, also gave us his number in case we needed anything while we're around. Anything we needed, he went above and beyond to help out and make sure our stay would be great.

I am happy to give a strong positive opinion about the hotel. The hotel is located in a good neighbourhood with many restaurants and shops as well as convenient public transport. It was very easy to get to the most important historic and touristic places, as well as quiet park and fantastic small and cosy streets of Rome. Although located in busy centre, our room was quiet and comfortable. We had efficient AC and good wi-fi, as well as an access to the rooftop with balcony (without an extra payment!). The room was clean and cosy. The staff was friendly and helpful, they created very good atmosphere. It was a good time and pleasant stay.

We liked being in reasonable walking distance (10 minutes to the Spanish Steps) to many of the more popular destinations, which saved us on taxi fares. We never felt unsafe walking back after dark.

Having 2 addresses with check-in and beakfast on one side of the building and our room on the other side, was a bit confusing at first, but by the end of our stay we had it figured out. Walking around the outside of the building to the other side to get breakfast was a little inconvenient, but it did get us dressed and out the door sooner. Was just different.

The location was great, walkable to the center and to many of the main sights of Rome. Also close to the Vatican and Trastevere for restaurants and some nightlife. We took a public bus from Termini which stops just outside the hotel. Located in a beautiful classical building Our room opened up to the large balcony and the view is wonderful. Breakfast is offered and it can be taken outside on the terrace near reception which is a nice option. Staff was helpful and friendly and we were able to store our luggage after checkout for a few hours.

We were aware of the listed room size, but it did feel a little small. We made it work though. The bathroom, on the other hand, is spacious and the balcony is great. Also, we know that our visit to Rome was in the middle of a heatwave, but the airconditioning could have been a little stronger.

I recently stayed at Residenza Cavallini for 5 nights (from April 30th to May 5th) during my visit to Rome and I am thrilled to share my fantastic experience. First and foremost, the location of the property is exceptional. It is situated in the heart of Rome, with many popular tourist attractions and historic sites within walking distance. This made our sightseeing experience enjoyable and hassle-free. The hospitality at Residenza Cavallini was truly outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. They were attentive, helpful, and always available to assist us with any inquiries or requests. Their warm and friendly demeanor made us feel welcome and at home. In summary, our stay at Residenza Cavallini was exceptional. The combination of the property's excellent location and the incredible hospitality of the staff made for a memorable and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Residenza Cavallini to anyone planning a trip to Rome and look forward to my next visit.

The staff were friendly and the location was good! We forgot to bring our travel adapter but one of the staff was kind enough to charge our phone for us when we first arrived and showed us where we can get one. You could walk everywhere, and it's so close to Vatican City, like 15 mins walk? Even though the hotel is on the 5th floor, there's a lift, so it's nice when you've got heavy luggage. They've got kettle inside the room. The breakfast was nice, too. They served basic breakfast, but it was sufficient imo. Croissants, toast, cereal, fruits, yoghurt, etc. There's a coffee machine too.

Our bathroom did not have a curtain, so that was a bit awkward, but it is all good! It is also a bit cold inside our room. I'm not sure how to turn the heating on? My mum didn't particularly like the bed and the duvet. They aren't soft / thick for her.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was bright and clean. The bathroom and shower were great. It was handy having a fridge and a kettle in the room. The hotel was very central, meaning we could walk everywhere we wanted to see.

We struggled trying to find the property initially, but we worked it out in the end. The cups provided were very small - but I am someone who is used to big mugs of tea! Otherwise, there were no negatives to our stay.
