Location of the hotel is fantastic, walkable to most of the tourist attractions but in a nice quiet back street surrounded by great bars and restaurants. Hotel staff super friendly and helpful Cleanliness of the room was first class

Room booked was with a balcony which it did have but, so small it was very hard for two people to use at the same time. Room was a good size and plenty of space for extra storage which was lacking, a few drawers for clothes would be a nice addition. Breakfast options could be better but what we had was great Whilst rooms are well sound proofed the entrance door to the room had a large gap at the bottom so when people returning to their rooms along the corridor it was quite noisy. Simple fix to the bottom of the door would suffice. The above are by no means detractors to a great hotel but honest feedback from our own experience and could improve our experience in the future.

Great location - very central in-between all sights - everything is walkable (even the vatican if u don't mind a long walk- otherwise a very short cab drive!) Lovely room and spacious bathroom Kept very clean Noise from the street was very muted :-) Staff were very very helpful and friendly!

You definitely here a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms and upstairs but if I'm honest I think you'll find that in almost all premises in Rome due to the way the buildings are built (and old!) So I wasn't fussed about this! I think the restaurant downstairs should serve a nice cooked/hot breakfast! I'm sure I saw a rooftop bar mentioned on the description for this hotel but they definitely don't have one. There is a bar/ restaurant downstairs, but it's quite niche food I felt. Bed was really not comfy :(

Great location, we were able to walk to all of the main attractions from the hotel and there were some lovely restaurants near-by. Breakfast was good, fast and fresh served either indoors or out. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They booked taxis for us which arrived within minutes and gave us free bite sized treats with our drinks as it was our wedding anniversary. We felt well looked after and truly valued as customers during our stay. The room was very clean and functional and the shower was excellent. There is a key pad entry system to the stairs and corridors leading to the rooms which is great as it lets you come and go as you please. Would definitely recommend

There wasn't really anything that I didn't like. If I had to say something I would probably say that the room was a little dark for my taste as the seating area had no windows, but we didn't really spend any time indoors as we were out exploring most of the time.

I love the location of this hotel. It was within walking distance to all attractions. Few minutes walking from Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps, 30 minutes from Vatican. It was a very hot week, so it was good to come back to our air conditioned hotel. There were ants on our second day but good thing they do house keeping every day. The hotel also provides 2 bottles of water every day. There’s a restaurant at the bottom floor and their food were pretty good too. The price we paid is a little higher since it is Summer season but I’m still glad I ended up choosing this botique.

Everything was perfect! starting with the location- close to everything (the Main Street, Via del Corso, the Spanish stairs, etc). The staff was so welcoming and kind! Especially Anna from the reception, she really was amazing and helpful. She used to make sure that we’re good, booked a taxi, made a reservation for the best restaurants for us, and go on. Our vacation was fabulous thanks to her! The room we received was clean and well decorated! The restaurant of the hotel serves tasty food and the breakfast was delicious as well. really 10/10 experience

can’t think of something we didn’t like

The staff were wonderful. Very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent food. Breakfast was great, so much so, we didn't bother with lunch - fruit juice, fresh fruit, yoghurt, toasted ham and cheese sandwich, cooked eggs and salad, croissant (huge!) and hot drink. Dinner just as good. The restuarant was always well populated with residents and 'off the street' diners. 'Fridge, tea and coffee making facilities in room. Plenty of fluffy towels and facilities in bathroom.

The only seating area in the hotel was in the restuarant. Although the bedroom had a hanging rail, it only had one shelf over the fridge (on which the safe sat) to store everything else. I ended up having to use my suitcase for storage.

The location was absolutely brilliant for exploring Rome. There were some lovely restaurants very close by too and the hotel were able to recommend some fabulous establishments. We also used Trip Advisor to find local restaurants. This is a lovely boutique hotel, very quirky. It obviously doesn't have the facilities that a 5* hotel has, but it is a truly lovely boutique hotel and has everything you could possibly need. There is tea and coffee in the room, a minibar, safe, toiletries. We loved it and would definitely stay again when we revisit Rome.

Milk would have been good with the tea & coffee! :-) We did eventually find out that you can ask for some in your room but a little note or advised this on check in would have been helpful but it certainly didn't spoil our stay in any way at all.

1. location is amazing, close to everything; 2. daily cleaning and change of towels was made, always came back to a clean room after a stroll in the city 3. this was the best reception greeting I’ve had in a while (Matteo was always very helpful), I received help with every question we had and amazing restaurant recommendations. It was the first time in Rome when I had 0 fails with food. 4. it was cold in the room and we asked to make it warmer and they changed the same day and ensured everything is comfortable. 5. received help with the transfer from airport, to airport and help with the luggage 6. The breakfast although it is the same daily it was with fresh vegetables and fruits, good croissants

I absolutely like the breakfast but if you stay more than 3 days you may get bored of the same selection. I would just put this as a recommendation not something I didn’t enjoy.

Location clean

we had an incident as Daniele from Hotel staff contacted me and suggested a dinner in Sospiro Trastevere restaurant. Unfortunately I accepted the invitation and it was one of the worst nights in my life . the menu was not good at all and price was extremely very expensive euro 130 per person and the surprise was people sitting next to us ordering food for 30 euro while we Re paying for normal food euro 130. there was even no music or any kind of celebration to justify the price. finally they charged us for two coffees we took after dinner. my recommendation avoid this restaurant or any recommendation comes from any staff

The location was fantastic. The hotel is at the center of Rome. Walking distance to many of Rome's attractions. The room was clean and the Staff was really wonderful. Check out is 10:40 but we were allowed to stay an extra 1hr because our return flight was for 6pm the same day. Me and my wife truly had a wonderful experience. 👌☺️

Our bed was two single beds joined together to make a double bed. It was a little uncomfortable especially when you roll to the middle. Aside from that, all was good. 🙂
