Great location and surprisingly quiet. Friendly and relaxed personnel. Loved that there was a selection of fresh fruit for breakfast. The terrace was a nice addition to the room. Fluffy pillows were a big plus, and it was nice to have several mirrors in the room. I stayed at Hotel Memphis last summer, and the second stay in December was equally pleasant. There are some really good restaurants in the area. Clementino opened in March, and it's popular for a good reason. We have visited Rome many times, and this neighbourhood is one of the best to have as a base. You can reach all major sites by foot. We will be back for sure next time in Rome.

Everything was to our liking. The bed was a bit hard in my opinion, but my husband thought it was perfect.

This boutique hotel offers a central location close to attractions and a huge number of eateries. The rooms are simple, clean and comfortable and having a hot breakfast included in the room rate is a bonus! The staff were extremely helpful and spoke excellent English so communication was easy and very pleasant.

Internet everywhere in central Rome is slow and unreliable. The hotel offered wifi but it was slow. We experienced it everywhere in Rome so it isn’t related to the hotel specifically.

Beds and Pillows are really comfortable and the room was suffice to be comfortable but not over the top. We arrived very late and the staff were welcoming, comprehending and ensured we were ok. Breakfast Room is cosy, the breakfast was plentiful and there was fresh fruit available and decent coffee. The restaurant next door to the hotel is brilliant and the food was really good.

We could/should have stayed longer! and we could have stayed here earlier in our trip.

Great stay in every way. What a nice little hotel. Our room on the 4th floor had a small terrace. We liked the fact that there were several mirrors of good size in the room. It was hot in Rome during our stay, but AC, comfortable beds, and the lack of disturbing noise made sure we slept well. Glutenfree products, scrambled eggs, and fresh fruits available at breakfast (not a given in Italy). This is definitely a hotel to come back to.

Location was perfect and also very quiet. 1 minute walk from Fontana di Trevi with lots of places to eat and near everything you need to visit in Rome. Very clean and warm room. Bathroom was very clean with everything you needed to have a relaxing warm shower. Breakfast was great. Perfect. The staff was great

The room was a bit too small and the window is just a bit misleading since is very deep in the building and you get very little light from it. The room I stayed was actually connected with another one with just a door closed with a key to not be opened from either side. It was basically a 2 room apartment where you don't have access to the other room. You could hear alot from the other room but fortunately most of the time it was very quiet.

staff were very helpful & friendly and the room was clean. Beds & bedding was super comfortable.

Very little room in my room, although others in my party had ample room in theirs - luck of the draw. Ceramic cups for hot drinks would have been appreciated.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The family room was very suitable for 3 teenagers. The rooms were clean. The air-condition worked all time even when not in the room, so you came back to a nice clean and cool room. The staf was good and helpful. Thanks Tiziana

Lovely staff, good location and very well maintained / high cleanliness.

The single bed was quite small length wise (I’m 182 cm) and rolled around in the floor bards when I moved. The shower was quite tight so you’re a bigger build then you may struggle lathering your body in soap without hitting your elbows on the shower screen.

Spotlessly clean, staff were good, breakfast was fine. Good location for most of the sites. Room and en suite well stocked

Single bed, very hard mattress.

Hotel is in a fairly easy location, although in an alley of an alley. Room was mostly comfortable. Had an early flight so did not try the breakfast.

Bathroom was very small, especially the shower, not easy to take a good shower. Facilities seem a little bit run down, could use some upgrading.
