We stayed in Rome for a week and switched to this hotel for our last two days, which also happened to be the day we were doing the Vatican - so for us it was incredible value for money. It’s right outside the Vatican walls which is very helpful when you’re lining up at 8 am to enter the museum. Rooms are clean, comfortable, good service overall. Shower is also clean and well maintained.

There are easy bus connections to the rest of the city nearby but bear in mind that the Vatican area is generally a bit far from ancient Rome which is where you’ll likely spend a lot of time. The flush is insanely loud - not a big issue just something to keep in mind if you’re sensitive to noise/light sleeper (definitely don’t pee in the middle of the night or you’ll wake up whoever is with you and the other room too probably)

Check-in was until 8pm. We arrived at 7:24pm, rang the bell & no one was there to welcome us or open the gate for us to enter the apartment complex. We didn't expect to start calling the host and having a communication via Whatsapp. Also, block G was covered with scaffolding, and we couldn't see the letter G. It's likely a local resident helped us out find the block. We were never advised that the elevator wasn't working, so we had to carry our luggage upstairs. Also, the pillows are so flat that they have no support whatsoever.

Very comfortable room in a great location - just a short walk to the Vatican/St.Peter´s. The staff were very helpful and even left a small bottle of wine and two glasses in the room for us. Reasonable selection of cafes within walking distance too. Just up the road at number 44 is a very good Tunisian restaurant ...Habibi.

We felt the bathroom was on the small side. Other than that, everything was great.

Great location, easy to follow instructions send via WhatsApp. The room I can describe as "compact". Good for travelling light. Ariana was super helpful when needed. Daily housekeeping.

The room was indeed too "compact" and wasn't really depicted in any of the photos provided. Not a huge problem for us, more like an fyi. A change of towels would also be welcome, for a luxury accommodation...

Amazing location. 5min walk from the vatican and 20min walk from trastevere. Also plenty of metros and busses for non walkers. Great little food places as well. Everything is automated in terms of check in etc, so you get instructions via text and there's no reception per se. The people are very responsive which helps, but so don't expect a hotel experience with a concierge etc. Worked fine for me. The room was comfy enough, and clean.

The lack of reception made it a bit difficult at times (leaving the key, checking out, ensuring other guests don't make too much noise, etc). Some of the guests came back at 4am and were very loud and no one could do anything about it. The bathroom could use some calc treatment.

It is a very nice place in the right next to the Vatican entrance. Down, on the street there are a lot of restaurants and coffee shops. Also it is very near to the Metro station. My room hat a very comfortable bed and nice small bathroom. The Staff was very helpful (Arianna) and we communicated on whatsapp the whole stay because I arrived quite late, so I needed guidance. If I will return to Rome, I will for sure book it again :)

I don’t have anything bad to say in this case regarding the room and the service, everything was very good.

Great location, about a 12 minute walk to the Sistine chapel, about the same distance to the metro. Lots of shops rights outside as well as restaurants and a tourist shop for booking tickets to attractions.

The shower door is glass, the bathroom door is also glass meaning when one of us were showering the other would have to leave for privacy. I didn’t get to see any staff members but had frequent communication through WhatsApp.

Arianna contacted us a couple of days before with instructions for when we arrived. The apartments are located in a large condominium block with no reception. She sent us a video to help us access the apartments. Throughout our stay Arianna kept in contact recommend restaurants and even arranged our transfer to the airport. She was amazing, always available even late at night. She made our stay stress free and more enjoyable. The location is perfect for site seeing. We could see the wall of the Vatican city from our window. There are numerous bars and restaurants all within walking distance.

The bathroom was a little small, but we managed. The sink was underneath a shelf which made it impossible to wash your face, which I do to remove make up.

The location is exceptional, very close to Vatican and metro or shopping area. Room was cleaned every day and we had capsule coffee machine. Also breakfast place not bad. We enjoyed it. Around a lot of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, walking distance to many sites.

Toilet door was not fixed and fridge very small.

Excellent location on a pedestrian only street very quiet and very close to Vatican and metro. 10 out of 10!!

Best location very safe and convenient! We really liked have 2 separate bedrooms plus kitchen and all hard flooring. The beds were very comfortable!
