Nice hotel/bed and breakfast in a very central location near the park Village Borgese and near the place Piazza Populo. The rooms are distributed in two different floors. Breakfast is being served in the 4th floor. Tasty breakfast (but no buffet). Nice terrace for outside chill out. Very good and comfortable beds. Good access to the public buses and metro.

Depending on the time during the day the water pressure of the shower could be improved. Due to central location it is recommended to close the windows during the night.

Security - It is definitely an important feature to mention. 2 passwords (floor and room itself) and 2 keys (area entrance and building entrance), at first seemed excessive, but made total sense later on! Staff - They more or less speak English and definitely try their best to accommodate every need a guest may have. Manager/Host himself speaks nearly perfect English, which made check-in/check-out process a breeze! Location - Pure perfection, several hundred meters away from 3 main streets for easy access to all key parts of Rome. Comfort - Air conditioning is top-notch! Easy to control/manage and works like a Swiss clock! Terrace was also great, helped to relax after a busy day of sightseeing with nice beverages in comforting environment. Breakfast - Very comforting (nice, but a little heavy scrambled egg) with meats, cheeses and veggie platter, but my personal favourites were cup of cappuccino and 2x chocolate croissants!

Although restroom was equipped with bide (which was great) as well as regular toilet, there was a small issue with toilet “buttons” getting stuck and constantly leaking water, but nothing major, just click button a few more times to reset them and all good (or remove the panel cover and pull them a bit (faster)). It’s the only small issue we encountered with the property ;)

Good location. Delightful breakfast nook. Super friendly staff for cleaning and breakfast. Clean and comfortable. Thank you -

I booked after hours the day before I arrived. I emailed when I would arrive which was prior to check in time. The online information suggested that I could drop off my suitcase, but no one responded when I emailed to ask if I could do that. The office where you leave your suitcase is on the 4th floor, behind two locked doors. While I understand that the timing was responsible for my situation, it would be helpful to add to the online description that if you show up before 10 am and have not received confirmation that you can drop off a suitcase, you won't be able to. No one answered any communication after 5 pm or before 10 am, phone or email.

Very well, modern and the biggest value - AC! we had stay in Rome during heat wave, so was super happy for my selection to stay in this apartament! Breakfast - excelent! Custom made for each family member! We felt like guest at someones home. Great location - close to oldtown and main Rome must see places. Host was super helpful and gave a lot of tips dor or next trip to Amalfi. In comments i can see that its difficult to get in, but if you read carefully guidelines, all is good!

The location is super good. The metro station is only one block away. There are many restaurants nearby. The room is spacious and clean. The terrance is beautiful. The breakfast is well made.

The check in experience of the first night was not smooth. We finally got in because we met another guest in this hotel. They said they also spent a lot of time on it.

Room is really very big, bathroom as well, and terrace is beatiful. Bad is comfortamble, we got everything we need. Location is just perfect. 2-3min from Piazza Popoli, and metro station to Vatican, Spagna etc. Also everything important in Rome is like 15-25min away walking. Just around the corner is two bistros with decent panini and salads, McDonalds also, and Pastasutia with good pasta. CJ, who works on weekend is great guy, really kind. Gabriella on workdays also, but she doesn't speak english, so learn some basic italian :)

There should be signs "do not disturbed" and mark all rooms with numbers, since we have situation that someone try to unlock our door because they thought it's their room. Also, keep in mind that in this building live locals, older people, so close doors of elevator (both wooden and iron one) Maybe the price is little bit high, but everything was really great so it was our choise

Breakfast is superb, better than at some luxury hotels Room is sound proof Airconditioning works well Great value for money

Beds and especially pillows are very hard, hurting the neck while sleeping The communication through WhatsApp feels distant and unwelcoming Mobile keys don’t work, so check-in was stressful, especially if you arrive late. As soon as you have the normal keys it’s fine.

The staff were very accommodating and let us leave our bags before and after checking in, saving us carrying them around Rome for hours. The hotel was fairly central, its a straight walk to the main tourist attractions and easy to get in and out of. The room was big enough and the air con worked perfectly. The lift is quirky.

I was expecting more of the terrace, I got the wrong idea that each room had its own outside area. But that was my misinterpretion when booking.

We had a great stay at Vico . The breakfasts on the terrace were just right to set us up for the day. Beautifully presented and lots of coffee and tea. the room we had was ideal - modern , comfortable and quiet. The location near the Piazza del Populo was convenient for the metro and the tram north . the location next to the Borghese gardens was helpful too. also there are lots of lovely restaurants nearby to Vico. It was easy to get to the centre too - walking over to the piazza and then taking one of the three streets towards the centre . most of all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful . the lady who made breakfast was brilliant . also Lavinia who helped with everything- from check in to taxis to advice on entrance to galleries etc . thank you so much for a lovely stay at your property . Bellissimo !
