Almost everything, except for the lack of veggie salad for breakfast.

While waiting for our trip back to Rome, there was a police investigation going on in the cafeteria. A police officer was there talking to a man, whom I presume iwas a guest in the hotel. What could it be???? A guest who lost something in his stay there or had a problem with a staff or with another guest...a query for me??? I asked the lady in the reception and she said she did not know what happened.

Thank you to young the lady from the reception- Graze or Graziana for her help and professionalism. She was the only one able to speak in English and to give me the right help and advice. Your town -San Giovanni Rotondo is the famous place all over the world, you have turists from all over the world over there, but almost nobody is able to speak English or even French or German or Spanish language. And that's a big shame, because people who travelled so long distance to your town and spend there quite a lot of money deserve much better service there. Even in the room was no sign in foreign languages for the guests, no booklet, no welcome letter, no cattle, nothing just some notice on the door from the back side and of course- in Italian language. Comfortable hotel, clean rooms, very nice reception, charming seating areas and bar. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast. Terrible coffee, which was a surprise given we hadn't had a bad coffee in all of Italy. The bed! Very hard and uncomfortable.

Breakfast- incredible breakfast buffet and many gluten-free option :) Wonderful dinner. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great price. Location was close to the basilica and parking was easy.

The only complaint I have is the mold in the room :(

Good location , super clean one of the cleanest of the hotels that I was in Italy and O was in 6 , they have a good breakfast and for lunch they have good options and a fair price

Internet connection was no good

Beautiful facilities - very nice decorated with a lot of seating areas to sit and converse. Nice Lobby. Very nice restaurant with good food. Front desk very helpful. Nice breakfast.

My room was rather small, but cleaned with a nice bathroom. Only issue I had personally was the pillow. it was very soft, and no other pillows in the room.

The hotel is located close to Sanctuarium /5 min. walking/. It has a restaurant on site with delicious food. The staff was wonderful.

The room had windows to the street - lots of noise

Breakfast was bad and server not friendly. property needs a little fixes, humidity was showing on some walls.

Very good breakfasts. Staff spoke English. There was a restaurant inside the hotel. Dinner at the hotel was good. Close to Padre Pio shrine.

Great place to stay. Giuseppe @ the reception was very friendly and accommodating, and so was the rest of the staff. It's only 10 minutes of walk from the sanctuary
